This is a small and friendly 5* caravan site with lots to do for all the family.

This caravan is double glazed throughout, with electric fire in the living area and blown air heating in all bedrooms.

3 Bedrooms - Double Bedroom with double wardrobe and 2 twin bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes.

Family bathroom with shower, toilet and basin and a separate toilet.

Pillows, duvets linen and towels are all provided.

The kitchen has all facilities you will want including gas cooker, microwave, under counter fridge with freezer, kettle and toaster.

The lounge has an electric fire and smart TV with freeview channels.

OUTSIDE FEATURES.
Outside patio seating area and parking is to the left of the caravan.

This caravan is in a quiet part of the park and only a short walk to all the amenities.

We cannot include entertainment passes, however, these can now be purchased online once we have registered your booking with Haven and you will be able to book activities up to four weeks in advance (Subject to your dates being in line with Haven breaks so Mon-Fri, Fri-Mon or 7, 10 or 14 day breaks starting on Monday or Friday - for other dates, we will provide you with a form to purchase these on arrival).

Our family and I had a fantastic time lovely and clean caravan at the back off the park with nice a quite area. Loads to do on site and off we spent most of our time in Pagham with the grandchildren which is pleasant small seaside town with a welcoming and friendly local community, not to mention the Lagoon if you want to go for a paddle or a swim. The grandchildren loved the 60's style arcade and spent time in their winning souvenirs of our visit. I would recommend this for a great relaxing holiday with or without the family and will be back going again. Thank you The Curry's

Very comfortable caravan, nicely maintained and everything you need supplied. Very quiet location on the park, had a great weekend. The only complaint is with Haven and not the caravan owner, they did not give enough info on what was going on and they did not inform you straight away that you have to book for EVERYTHING and they like you to use the app but it doesn’t work very well.

Paul was a great host from start to finish! Helpful, friendly and super fast in responding to any questions we had.. The caravan was immaculate, comfortable and to a high standard, in a quiet road, yet the kids enjoyed still being close enough to the complex to come and go leaving us to enjoy the peace around the van. great on site facilities, and the park is always well maintained, we’ve loved coming back for a trip down memory lane. And Paul and his caravan made the break super easy for us.. We will ensure to go to Paul before we book anyone else! Thanks again x
