2 bed, 6 berth 2021 Atlas Chorus model situated on the much sought after front row of the Spruces. The one of few south facing plots on the holiday park comes with wrap around decking situated overlooking the bay with panoramic sea views capturing the sun from dusk til dawn.

The holiday home comes fully equipped with all inventory including the following:

Living Room: Wrap around seating with moveable pouffe and pull out bed, 43" combi TV with DVD player, built in fire and free WiFi
Dinning: Free standing dinning table with chairs
Kitchen: Fridge freezer, microwave, 4 ring hob and oven. All utensils are provided including all pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.
Double Bedroom: Double bed with overhead storage and tall wardrobe, bedside units either side, dressing table, mirror and stool, 24" TV
Twin Bedroom: 2 x twin beds which can be pushed together to create a double bed, overhead storage and tall wardrobe (bed guard provided if required).
Bathroom: Shower unit, toilet and wash hand basin
En-suite to Double Bedroom: Toilet and wash hand basin
6ft wrap around decking with secure gate including outdoor lounge and dining seating.

The holiday home is double glazed and has central heating throughout.

The holiday home has free WiFi and a selection of children's games and DVD's are available. Tea and coffee is also provided to guests.

Guests are required to bring their own bed linen, towels, toilet paper, washing up liquid, etc.

The holiday home has it's own private designated parking space and the key can be obtained from the key safe which means no waiting in reception for keys. All guests will be issued with the key safe code on the day of arrival.

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking with the full price payable 8 weeks before the arrival date (if booking less than 8 weeks in advance, the full amount is due on booking). All bookings require an additional £100 damage bond which is refunded following departure subject to any damages caused during the stay.

The price paid is for the accommodation only. Entertainment passes can be purchased from Haven upon arrival.

This is a NO SMOKING holiday home and NO PETS are permitted. As per Haven's rules we do not accept group bookings and all names are to be provided on booking.
