Stayed at Tymar from Sat 27 Aug to Sat 2 Sept myself my husband and 7 year old grandaughter. Bev & Rob left us a little starter part in the caravan which was gorgeous everything we needed and more was catered for my grandaughter particularly enjoyed the games cupboard if I needed to ask a question Rob answered anything straight away so everything was lovely would definitely recommend and will definitely look to go back again even the neighbours we met who weee staying opposite thought the van was beautiful. Have just had a fantastic week at Ty Mawr. The caravan was lovely, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Location was just right for us. Bev/Rob we’re excellent hosts, we we’ll definitely be back!

Had a fabulous stay at Ty Mawr caravan site. The caravan was beautiful and well looked after! The owners were brilliant aswell, they left us a lovely welcome pack to start the week off which was very thoughtful of them. Will definitely be returning next year!

Had an absolutely amazing time. This caravan was beautiful and spotlessly clean. A real home from home. There was even a lovely welcome pack on arrival full of goodies which was so kind of Bev. The owners are also amazing, nothing too much trouble. We cannot recommend this caravan enough it really 5 star........ can't wait to return x ????????????

We stayed for 4 nights over the Easter break and had brilliant time, the caravan was immaculate, the sites facilities were great, and all the staff were really nice and helpful. The caravan owners were in touch before and during our stay and were very responsive to any queries we had, and the welcome pack on arrival was a really nice touch. The kids had such a good time they have demanded that we go to this caravan and site on all our future caravan holidays ???? so we will definitely be looking to book again soon.

We visited this caravan last week with our children. The caravan was beautiful, a real home from home. Everything you could need is provided and real thought has gone into this! The owners were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed the personal touches and our girls loved the Easter treats on arrival. We will definitely be looking to book again in the near future!

This was our first family holiday and we absolutely loved it. The caravan was lovely and very clean and it had everything we needed! There was even toys for the little on to play with- bonus. Bev was super helpful with providing us with the details we needed prior to our visit and answered any questions we had. The campsite had everything and more and we were only 5-10 minutes from the beach and the fair. We will definitely be returning soon and we would highly recommended to anyone with or without children.

What a truly lovely caravan, very modern, has everything you need and more, lovely selection of games, books for the whole family. An absolute shock when we arrived to be greated by a huge welcome basket full of goodies, Bev was always at the end of a phone should you need her. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. Thankyou x

Lovely clean and modern caravan. Location ideal for walks along sea wall and for getting out and about around all of North Wales Site nice and clean. Owners friendly and helpful.

We stayed for three nights Friday to Monday. The caravan is really nice, clean and modern. Everything that you needed was there. Nice surprise welcome pack loaded with goodies. Just wish we had booked for longer. Bev the owner was on hand if needed and was very attentive and message to see if everything was fine. Will definitely book again and would highly recommend to friends and family.

Just WOW. Lovely caravan, spotlessly clean, so many little extras that made the holiday including a box of goodies left for the kids and adults, lovely surprise, caravan fitted out to be made feel really homely, (some caravans we stay in are left very bare) everything you need at hand, kids toys, books for all ages which the kids loved. Nice quiet, secluded area joust a few minutes walk from the entertainment, park and beach. To top this, the owners are really lovely too, nothing too much trouble and very friendly. Thankyou so much Bev n family, just looking to book again now. Xx Site is really good too, brilliant for kids of all ages

We had a lovely week staying in Bev’s caravan, arriving to a wonderful welcome package and plenty space. The site too is lovely and I definitely recommend staying here, it’s extremely clean and well maintained.

We struck gold with Bev’s caravan. I’m always a little bit apprehensive with booking anywhere privately, but the communication with Beverly from the start all the way throughout the booking process to our booked date was excellent which made us very settled about our upcoming stay. Bev provided us with check in details in good time, directions to our accommodation was clear and easy to find, in fact the location of the caravan itself was probably in the best place it could have been on the site, a direct and short walk away from facilities but quiet and out of the way enough for a peaceful stay. We were welcomed with a very clean caravan which had some lovely little homely touches to it, and a very generous welcome basket which both myself and the kids tucked in to straight away! I honestly could not recommend this place enough, our stay was superb and our hosts did everything they could to make sure of that. Thank you so much on behalf of me, my partner and the kids! Xx

Really lovely, well decorated and clean caravan. Would 100% recommend. Had everything we could need in the caravan from cutlery to tea bags, even ice lolly’s in the freezer for my daughter and a lovely welcome package for myself and my partner. Great communication from the owners throughout the booking and whilst staying. Great location on site. Will definitely be booking again. Thank you for the great stay x

Following the pandemic and last summers holiday being cancelled me and my partner and 6 year old intended on going away this summer but with all rules changing and an pregnancy sickness had decided not to but then last minute changed our mind, finding a nice caravan at a reasonable price at a family holiday park seemed daunting and prices had gone up with everyone having the same in mind we then came across Beverley and Robs caravan which looked lovely from the images and price was reasonable if not cheap for a last minute booking. We have just returned from our stay away and can honestly say the pictures do not do the caravan justice absolutely beautiful and the owners both accommodating and lovely upon arrival a lovely basket of goodies and folder detailing what’s local even blankets and cushions stored away for outside furniture unfortunately we didn’t have the weather but there was inside games for them rainy evenings! The caravan itself had everything you need we even cooked a roast dinner one evening as for the campsite itself it had everything a 6 year old could want from swimming which turned out to be free to the park and trampolines for a good price the beach was a 20 minute walk probably quicker if I wasn’t 8 months pregnant with a fair with plenty of rides at the side and plenty to do around the the caravan park we even went crabbing one day. We can’t recommend this place and this particular caravan enough has been one of our favourite breaks and will be looking to return either next year or the year after if availability is there. Excellently positioned caravan a 2 min stroll from all the entertainment and activities but quiet enough to get your little ones to sleep so you can sit outside and sip proseco and relax if you prefer a little me time. We took a 10 min drive to Colwyn Bay beach one day which was beautiful a small 40s ice cream van on the front provided beautiful ice cream ???? There was everything I needed included bedding, crockery, games for the kids and even a cot for my little one. Will definitely return to this little gem as soon as I can.

What can I say this was the best caravan I have stayed in .The caravan had everything we needed for our weekend break .The welcome pack and welcome card was a lovely touch .The owner even had a blue folder with very handy tips which was very useful .The caravan was spotless and had everything we needed.The communication from Beverley the owner was first class .

Thanks to Bev and Rob for all the treats they left for my grandchildren and me!! The caravan was really clean, tastefully decorated and a real home from home. There was everything we needed to make the holiday perfect. The weather was great to, a bonus! There was even outside furniture that we used for meals in the sun. Thanks to Bev and Rob I would definitely recommend their caravan
