About the owner

Hi, Paul & Jody here. We live in Driffield with our tabby cat and 2 cockapoo puppies. We bought the caravan in April 2021 for us to enjoy breaks by the coast. We chose Sand le Mere for its position next to the coast and the park being away from the hustle and bustle of many other places. As we have busy lives, using the caravan all the time is pretty impossible, so we've decided to share it with family, friends and nice people wanting a break away from the 'norm' lol.

Description

A spacious and comfortable 2 bedroom caravan for hire for short or long stays.

The main living area has ample seating for 6+ people, an electric fire and a 32" TV. There's a selection of games, puzzle books, colouring books and reading books to keep the young ones occupied should the weather turn. One of the seats pulls out and converts to a double bed should you need it.

There's an extendable dining table big enough for 6 place settings and all the crockery you'll need.

The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave and a full size fridge freezer. There's plenty of cooking utensils, cutlery, pots and pans. Washing and cleaning products are included so its less for you to pack!

The main bedroom is larger than average and has a double bed, plenty of cupboard space and a large double built in wardrobe. There's a shelf/mirror area with electric plug ideal for using a hairdryer (included)/straighteners.

The twin room has 2 single beds, cupboard space, a small wardrobe and a cupboard with shelves.

In the bathroom is a large shower, basin and toilet (with spare loo rolls!)

There are radiators in all rooms keeping you nice and warm on colder days/evenings and the caravan is double glazed throughout.

Pets are welcome and a medium crate can be included on request.

Would like to thank Paul and Jody for the use of there lovely caravan for the week. it was my first time using there caravan and it was very very clean, well presented and as soon as we walked in the little touches from them made us feel at home. The location of their van has a stunning view as well. Nothing was to much trouble and they was very responsive to any questions we had either by message or phone call. We had a lovely stay, perfect location with lots of on site facilities for children . The caravan was very clean and comfy, with everything you'd need for a short break away. We'd definitely stay again!

Lovely short break, caravan was excellent and photos don't do it justice, very clean and well kept with all the extras you need. Communication with the owner was also great. Can't wait to stay again if Paul and Jody will have us :)

Lovely caravan, very clean, tidy, well equipped, spacious, and great location, where you can see the sea.... couldn't ask for anything else. The owners were great and replied to our queries very promptly........ This is the first time we rented privately, as we were always a little wary, however our experience with Paul & Jody was great, and we will most certainly come back again... Thank you very much.

Fantastic stay from start to finish, we didn’t want to go home. On arrival the caravan was lovely and clean the pictures don't do it justice. The master bedroom is surprisingly large and I loved that the bathroom also acted as an en-suite. The beds where beautifully made and fresh towels left out for us which saved us some space when packing The location on the park is great for fishing and the beach which was our favourite, the dog absolutely loved it and made more friends than the kids. The entertainment complex is only a short walk away but enough so that it’s nice and quiet at night. The owners are wonderful, excellent communication, nothing is too much trouble they even left us tea and coffee for us on arrival which was very much appreciated. Good facilities in the caravan including some games to keep us entertained. Would highly recommend, only wish we lived closer then we would come more often

Lovely and clean caravan, there is everything you need, plenty storege, great size if the bathroom. Owners very helpful and we even managed to extend our stay by one night durning our holiday. We highly recomend and we will definitly be back there in some time. Perfect location for families with kids and dogs. Our family had great time.
