Your rental will include Waterside car barrier and entertainment passes (access to all the bars, clubs and entertainments, restaurants and outdoor areas) as well as included dedicated Wifi, Water, piped Gas and Electricity.

However, the pool/spa is chargeable, payable on a daily or weekly basis directly with Waterside reception, if you wish to make use of them. Waterside Reception can be used for any help or requirements you need during your stay, e.g. Restaurant bookings, Bus information, Taxi's or any other requirements etc.

Had an exceptional experience from the initial communication with Julie, through to booking out after our holiday - the caravan was sited in a quiet area of the park but within walking distance to all amenities - the caravan is spacious and well set out - to be honest, I’ve lost count of the caravan holidays all across the country that we’ve been on whilst the children have been growing up and I can honestly say that this past week has been the best and that’s over a 20yr period - it’s no doubting the weather helped but regardless of that the park; the caravan and the location is unprecedentedly 1st class and a return visit a must.

Exceptional experience staying at Julie's lovely holiday home. Great communication after booking in answering any queries we had. The caravan was immaculately clean upon arrival with all of the necessities we could need. We can't rate this caravan highly enough and it was so nice starting and ending our days sitting out on the decking. Perfectly located in a quiet area of the park and only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Site facilities 10/10 and the staff very friendly. Would absolutely stay again.
