BRAND NEW 2021 SWIFT BURGUNDY 2 BEDROOM CARAVAN

This beautiful holiday home is brand new and has 2 bedrooms sleeping up to 6 guests. It has decking with seaviews and private parking. It is located on the Peak View area of Ladram Bay.

Fully double glazed and central heated, front opening French double doors on to fully enclosed veranda with private parking and seaviews

Lounge - There is ample seating with an ‘L’ shaped sofa , flat screen TV, DVD Player, Coffee table and fire.

Kitchen - Furnished to a high standard with integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, 4 ring hob, cooker and extractor fan. All utensils are provided and cooking pots and pans. Cutlery and crockery is provided for your use.

Dining Area - Is a corner fixed seating area with 2 additional upholstered stools.

Bedrooms - The caravan has a main double bedroom and Twin bedroom. Sleeps 6 in total using bed settee in lounge.

All bedrooms are provided with duvets and pillows.

Please bring your own tea towels, washing up liquid, sponges and toilet paper etc.

Bathroom - Fully fitted shower, toilet and wash basin with mirror.

Veranda - Enclosed veranda accessible by front opening French doors from he caravan.

absolutely great caravan would recommend to any one as it has a decking and a enclosed fenced off garden type area in fact if we could we would have the same van again next year.

Lovely, modern, clean an tidy caravan to cater for all our needs and provided a good base for days out in the area.

Lovely caravan which was spotlessly clean. Great to have the small enclosed areas of the balcony and at the side of the caravan so that our young grandson could safely go outside. Location of caravan gives lovely views along the coast.

Lovely modern caravan, clean and Tidy. Outdoor patio & step area needs attention, not suitable for elderly or young children. We also think the caravan needs some sort of lamp light for evening's and also a mat when coming into lounge area from balcony to protect the carpet. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Just returned from a lovely few days at Ladram Bay in this caravan. It was lovely and clean and everything you required for cooking and cleaning was there.

Owner's booking terms

£100 holding deposit is required to book the holiday with the remaining amount due to be paid within 8 weeks of the holiday start date. We also require at the final payment a £100 damage bond which is fully refundable upon inspection of the caravan after the holiday as long as there is no damage/loss and the caravan is left in a clean state and doesnt smell of smoke.

Holidays booked less than 8 weeks in advance will require full payment at time of booking. Payment is by bacs.

In line with site policy we are unable to accept groups of the same sex or parties under the age of 25.
