This Abi Arizona is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 6 berth holiday caravan set on West Sands Park within the Seal Bay Complex in Selsey near Chichester. The caravan boosts a prime location right on the SEA FRONT with stunning sea view and a stones throws from the waterfront complex, one of the main entertainment venues.

Its consists of an open plan lounge/dinner with a comfortable L shaped seating area and a dinning table with corner seating and 2 stools. A 32″ TV and pay as you go wifi is available. The kitchen is fully fitted with a full size gas cooker with oven and separate grill, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster.

Sleeping arrangements are split between a master bedroom with double bed .Two further twin rooms with single beds, wardrobe and over bed storage.

There is a 2 bathrooms, one large shower room with shower, basin and W.C other basin with WC only.

The caravan is fitted with double glazed windows and central heating plus a real fire effect electric fire in the living room for those cosy nights in.

24/7 security patrol in the park.

Thank you so much for a really lovely stay. Great caravan with the most amazing views. Comfy beds and great shower! Close to all main amenities. We all had the best time. Thanks again!

Amazing caravan great sea views. Just a hop over the steps onto the beach which was great for the kids. Inga is amazing, great communication and super friendly ????
