We have our own free WiFi, Air fryer. Bbq.
All bedding, bath mat, hand towel and tea towels are supplied. Free. Welcome pack along with tea, coffee and milk. Cleaning products, eg washing up liquid, cloths, scourer and bin bags supplied. Toilet paper. Cupboard with children's books, games crayons and playing cards. Doggy cupboard with bowls, treats, toilet bags and fleece throw cover also ball and thrower thingy. Minimum 4 night stay. X

Description

Hi we are now ready to share our lovely clean caravan with others to enjoy. It has 2 bedrooms a double and a twin and a pull out sofa bed in the livingroom which is really only for one adult or 2 little kids. All bedding is provided but bath towels are not included apart from hand towel and bathmat. Tea towels, washing up liquid, cloth and scourer, toilet paper etc will all be provided for you.
We will also leave a welcome pack to get you started on your holibobs. (tea coffee milk biscuits and juice for kids.)
You are welcome to bring your own firestick to use on TV as our own WIFI is good.
Small dogs are welcome for small fee.
Arbroath is fab with the beach being across the road with lots going on and a lovely harbour.
Red lion Park also has pub, cafe, takeaway, shop and launderette.
This park with it's new kids adventure park is very well known and has been loved by many for years gone by. Give me a call and we can do 3 days 4 days and 7 days etc for you.

Excellent caravan very clean and well equipped Very roomy in lounge area we really liked the table and chair arrangement instead of bench seating. Nice big tv too Lynn is very easy to get hold of either by phone , text or email. Very kindly providing milk and nibbles for our arrival Must add that the shower is fantastic Very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Highly recommended All in all a real home from home.

Excellent caravan everything you would need comfy beds great shower plus great wifi the caravan was spotless and lynn supplied all cleaning materials so that saved you money aswell which was really great the caravan is in a nice quiet spot neighbours were really nice aswell the welcome pack was much appreciated Lynn was great to deal with on the phone and kept in touch from start of booking till we left Lynn also called on the day of our arrival to say we could get in early we loved our week away in arbroath and will definitely be booking again thank you Lynn hope to see you soon Sarah xx

Fabulously clean and well stocked caravan. Welcome pack was much appreciated. Great location and only 15 min walk from town. Would highly recommend it and plan to use again.

Stayed for 4 nights with my 2 grandchildren (8 and 5yrs) Caravan is in a nice quite corner of the caravan park ( there is some road noise during the day however this did not bother us at all and it is very quiet during the night ) Caravan is spotlessly clean and has everything you need and more. Comfortable beds, great shower, caravan has its own WiFi which was great, free view channels on TV and you can take your own fire stick if needed. Owners were really nice and got in touch when we booked and before we arrived which was lovely, they are available to message if needed which is a bonus. We loved the caravan and would definitely return and recommend to friends and family. Neighbours in the caravan next door were really nice and gave us some good tips on where to go etc . On site there is a play area, swimming pool ( need to book a slot 3 days in advance), shop, restaurant and bar, Caravan site in a great location right across the road from the beach and a fantastic play area for the children, there is also an outdoor paddling pool next to the play area , 5 min drive from Arbroath town centre which has a lovely harbour area, some nice restaurants and lots of great fresh fish shops (brought some lovely fresh Arbroath smokies home) . Loads of good walking routes in the area too. Carnoustie is a short drive away and also has a great beach front with lots to do for kids.. There is an Asda, KFC and Macdonalds literally right next door to the caravan site. If the weather is good it worth driving the 8miles to Lumen Bay beach which is absolutely stunning we were lucky enough to spend a day there. We loved this clean, homely caravan which was a great price and definitely value for money (unlike a lot of holiday homes who are really ripping folk of at the moment) we will definitely return!????????

Couldn’t of asked for a better presented caravan, I’ve rented caravans for over 20 years now and can say it was up there with the best and can say I was very happy from start to finish of my stay, will recommend this to my friends and family
