The caravan is an ABI Horizon 2021 delivered to site in June 2021, and being still very new, enables you to enjoy an even more fantastic holiday in comfort on this very popular site in Exmouth. There is a Main Double Bedroom, with Two Twin Rooms.

The caravan has a modern living area, furnished to a very high standard a fully equipped kitchen and shower room with toilet and wash hand basin with an additional separate toilet. A full inventory can be found in the caravan, ensuring you have the best holiday.

We provide a hairdryer, and Free WIFI. The following can be provided on request:- Travel Cot, High Chair, Iron, Ironing Board.

We are trying to provide a list of things that make your holiday special and comfortable for all kinds of weather, so you will find a choice of Board Games, Cards, and Books there for your perusal.

A 43 inch Smart TV in the Lounge and a 24 inch Smart TV in the Main Bedroom. Both televisions have NOW TV, Prime, BT Sport, Disney Plus and Netflix available to you if you subscribe to any of these channels.

You will also find some basics to get you started and refreshed after your journey to Devon Cliffs which will include Tea, Coffee, loo rolls, and hand wash.

Parking beside the Van. arrival from 4pm and Departure is 10am. Sorry we do not allow pets or smoking/vaping in the Van.

There is decking to the side of the caravan, with some Rattan Furniture and a Wooden Picnic Table and Bench which seats up to 6 people to enable you to relax and enjoy the outside, with great sea views.

The holiday home is just a short walk away from the Beach and all the facilities and entertainment.

This is a Haven Flagship Site with great entertainment, day and night, beautiful beaches, with it's own bus stop to take you into Exmouth and surrounding areas. There are lots of indoor and outdoor activities fun to do for all the family, on site and off of site, and 12 Food and Drink Venues on site as well as an On-Site-Supermarket stocking Co-Op groceries.

Please remember to take your own washing up liquid, toilet rolls, tea towels and sponges etc. You supply your own towels. Please Note: We can supply bed linen for an additional charge.
