Thank you Mr and Mrs Verrill for allowing us to make the most incredible memories on our first caravan holiday in your stunning holiday home.
The whole process from start to finish was flawless.
Communication prior to arrival was amazing. Having a child with autism we had a number of questions before we arrived, all of which were answered meticulously.
This couple honestly couldn’t be more helpful.
The caravan is exactly as pictured on the advert. Prime location close to the entertainment complex but not at all noisy. Beautifully clean throughout, with exceptional decor. Lovely little touches with the games and dvds left just in case we needed them. Fabulous welcome pack containing teas, coffees, milk, biscuits and fantastic fruit squash packets.
There is an integrated full sized fridge freezer which was just like at our house. It truly is a home away from home.
Having stayed in self catering in Center Parcs for many years, I was all set bringing everything from loo roll to washing up liquid, but I needn’t have bothered.
The kitchen had fresh cloths, washing up liquid, dish washer tablets, air fresheners, cleaning detergents, tea towels, and even kitchen rolls. Spare bin liners under the sink were appreciated as I’d forgotten mine.
The drawers are well stocked with every conceivable utensil you could want, even foil trays in the bottom drawer with a selection of takeaway menus.
Lots of glasses of every variety, I especially loved the tall thin ones perfect for a g&t! Plastic beakers for the kids are also provided.
There were also plastic plates and drinking glasses for use on the veranda, plus vegetable oil, salt and pepper etc supplied.
Both bedrooms were superb. I did push the twin beds together to make it a bit bigger for my son and to ensure he didn’t fall out of the single. Smoke storage in the twin room. Lovely little touch with the bubble wand too! The main bedroom blew us away. Massive for a caravan room! The bed was extremely comfortable. My other half and I slept like babies. The wardrobe spaces were enormous. Lovely large dressing table with toiletries set just in case you’ve forgotten the essentials like soap, shampoo, shower gel or shower cap. There’s a tv with integrated DVD player in the master room too. Didn’t realise there was a separate toilet in the main bedroom, which I was very thankful of. The bathroom is beautiful, with a full sized power shower, integrated lights and concealed storage cupboards behind the mirror and next to it. 2 spare toilet rolls in each bathroom too.
The sun rises at the front of the caravan too, so you can enjoy your coffee on the veranda if the weather is fine, otherwise it’s just as pleasant behind the glass on one of the extremely comfortable sofas.
Benjamin has already asked if we can go again. I honestly recommend this to anyone looking for a truly peaceful yet practical break.
