We’ve just returned from our stay and what can I say that’s not been said already, what a lovely caravan & site. The caravan is spotless, very equipt, modern and the decking area is a fantastic sun trap! ?? Location is perfect for the beach, handy bar/restaurant on site too. The site is quiet which made it lovely to just sit morning or afternoon on the decking. We will definitely be back as there’s nothing not to like! Thank you Jane & Adrian ????

We have just returned from a wonderful stay @ No27 Sunkist . No27 is perfect in every way . It really is like home from home. Definitely 5* accommodation . Can't wait for Jane to open up next season so we can stay again !!!!!!! thank you lindsay and andrea

We have just returned from a brilliant week in Jane and Adrians beautiful caravan.The caravan is a lovely home from home,very spacious and very comfortable.It has everything you need for a fantastic stay.The weather was very warm and sunny which was an added bonus.Great food from Popas and the beach a few minutes walk away,the dogs had a great time on the lovely sandy beach.We will definitely go back and will recommend it to family and friends.Thank you Jane and Adrian.xxx

This is a wonderful modern clean caravan, fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday. It’s central to all local amenities. Beautiful beach and lovely dog walks. Communication with Jane and Adrian was great. You won’t be disappointed.

Beautifully clean and well equipped caravan. Great location to enjoy a holiday on the east coast - Skegness, Ingoldmells, Mablethorpe all within a 30 min drive. There are so many good things to say about it you won’t be disappointed. The hosts - Jane and Adrian are so lovely - got in touch just before, during and before we left. Adrian met us to show us around and Jane was on hand with any queries. Nothing wasn’t too much trouble. Site - fab location literally 5 mins walk down the road where there is a small pub and beach cafe. The beach is dog friendly and there are lots of dog walks around and plenty of poo bins too. There is a small bar/restaurant on site which we tried to go to one night but they were fully booked. Advice is to book in advance as they are unable to cater for walk-ins (mix of summer holidays and staff shortages). It looked a nice place and was always busy. The caravan - wonderfully clean and well equipped. Lots of little added touches such as kitchen towel, cling film, salt & pepper, washing liquid etc. which was nice. The caravan has large decking on the front and side which is of a good size too with table and chairs. Our dog really enjoyed lying on it keeping watch of the people walking past. It’s bathed in sun all day which is an added bonus. It’s a quiet site and doesn’t allow ball games so it’s a little retreat to go to after a busy day! My son (teen) would have liked a place to kick a football about but that’s his only gripe. All in all a wonderful place and perfect for dog owners to take their pooches away to. A little hidden gem! I haven’t used ukcaravans4hire before but found this caravan. The couple who own the caravan Jane and Adrian was very helpful throughout ( before booking and on the day of hiring). It is has a great beach a 2 minute walk just down the road. It’s a nice quiet site. Clean and has everything you should need. With skegness town / fantasy island or mablethorpe just a 20/30 minute drive away. The beach is dog friendly and a nice Sandy one without all the seaweed. The price was very reasonable for the time of the year.

We had the privilege of being the first to occupy this beautiful homely caravan for a great 4 night stay. Situated on the lovely, clean, tidy and quiet Sunkist site, it was perfect for the relaxing getaway that we were looking for. Our 2 dogs loved their daily walks to the dog friendly beach that was just down the road and the little nearby shop stocked everything we needed. The owners, Jane and Adrian, are a lovely couple and although we’ve only just returned home, we’re already planning our return visit later in the year!
