Our 8 berth Deluxe Cosalt Capri Super Caravan based on Butlins Family resort skegness, our van is located on Sandhills just 5 minutes walk to the new on-site club “The pig & whistle “ which has your live entertainment on the caravan side and from there a 2 min walk through the tunnel into the main Butlins resort.
With 3 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and bathroom this is a perfect family holiday home. It has Double glazing and a brand new boiler for the central heating (radiators in every room) make this an ideal caravan even in the winter months.
To the side of the caravan is a private hard standing parking space.
It has the Largest decking on camp with 40ft full length side decking which leads onto a 14ft x 10ft space at the rear, great just to chill on the patio set with a cold one and soak up the sun all day.
Lounge
The lounge provides a home from home feel with a brand new fitted L-shape 6 seater sofa with a built in pull out double bed, a large wall mounted Tv with built in freeview, central heated radiator for them cosy movie nights in.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you require for your Butlins self catering holiday including a fridge freezer, microwave oven, 4 ring gas cooker & oven, Kettle, Toaster pots & pans & cutlery.
To the side of the kitchen is a free standing extendable dining table & chairs where you can enjoy your family meals together.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom again provides that touch of comfort with a King size bed comfy mattress with protector, overhead storage cupboards, tall wardrobe, a two draw storage cabinet and a freeview remote control TV.
The twin bedroom comes complete with two single beds with comfy mattresses and protectors, a bedside cabinet and a freeview remote control TV.
The bunk room has a single bed then the top bunk goes across the bottom end of single running horizontally the opposite way.
(under 12’s only or 8 stone max weight on the top bunk)
Bathroom
The bathroom contains a powerful shower, toilet and sink with vanity unit & mirror.
Safety
The caravan is fitted with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher for your safety.

1. All 2023 family breaks or school holiday dates you get 4x wristbands passes included in our prices (2 adult & 2 kids under 14yrs) which allows you into main resort with full access so no hidden extra charges once you’ve booked with us.
If only 2or3 people holidaying we can give a small discount on the advertising price
(please ask before booking as this cannot be done once deposit taken)
If your party consists of more than 4 people please contact us first to adjust the price for the extra passes.
2. Adult only weekends -
Prices are £300 for any date and accommodation only, please add £40pp attending to the accommodation price.
Ie: 2 adults £80 passes + £300 accommodation, Total £380
5 adults = £200 passes + £300 accommodation Total £500 etc
During your stay guests will now be allowed to travel under the famous tunnel through to the Main Resort to use Butlins facilities such as:

There will also be direct access to the private beach section possible via the resorts private entrance 9am-5pm located next to the false beachfront at the back of the new studio 36.
** TERMS & CONDITIONS & DISCLAIMER **
The security Bond will be forfeited fully if any of the below T&C are compromised in any way.
*This caravan is strictly NON SMOKING and NO PETS are permitted inside at all, as we use this van regular ourselves and one of our children suffers with allergies so there’s no exceptions.
*£50 non refundable deposit is required to secure your date, remainder of balance due 8 weeks before your holiday start date, no refunds then from that point onwards unless Butlins can’t honour your holiday due to COVID for example, we also require a £100 security/damages bond which will be returned to you within 48hrs of you leaving (usually same day) provided no damage has been done and the caravan has been left in the clean condition that you found it In when you arrived. (cleaning materials are provided).
Any breakages/damages extra cleaning costs will be taken out the bond money, any damages totalling more than the £100 bond there will be extra charges to the main hirer.
*Once the check in form completed only named guests permitted to stay in caravan.
*Domscaravan holidays will not be held responsible for any accidents or injury during your stay, we encourage guests to find there own adequate holiday insurance as you would if going abroad, this is not compulsory but advised to cover last minute cancellations and accidents due to a number of reasons.
*Please ensure taps/lights etc are all turned off, all the windows are closed and doors are locked on your exit.
*Any incidents involving security or even police will result in you being evicted from site with no refunds given.
You MUST hand key back into reception on day of departure.
