Lovely spacious brand new 3 bedroom, 8 berth caravan with enclosed decking. Tv, all kitchen equipment, full size fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender & iron/ironing board, TVs in bedrooms, family bathroom and second WC.
Everything you need to ensure your holiday is as stress free as possible.

5 minutes walk to the beach
15 Walk to Tir Prince fair & market and Knightleys fair.
Buses run from Rhyl to Llandudno from outside the park every 10 minutes.
4 miles from Rhyl train station.
1 mile from Abergele train station

£100 non returnable deposit, balance due 4 weeks before holiday commences plus £70 damages bond returnable after satisfactory van check.
Passes not included but can be purchased from reception.
Bedding provided but own sheets needed..

Like other reviews, the caravan was immaculate and that is always a big thing for our family. The caravan is perfectly placed away from the loudness of the main complex but still only a 3 minute walk to everything. Dishwasher and washing machine was a huge bonus especially with the on-site launderette being so expensive. Welcome pack was lovely and host was so friendly. Plenty space for us all and somehow didn’t feel over crowded. This caravan just feels more spacious than any other I’ve stayed in. Thank you, I will be booking in again for next year.

What a beautiful weeks stay we had at Kelly’s caravan. We all loved our stay in this modern caravan. Plus the view overlooking the countryside from the balcony was beautiful. The location of the caravan is perfect, as it’s about a 5 minute walk from the centre of TY MWAR, meaning it’s nice and peaceful if you are wanting to stay with no children. Kelly also left us a little welcome pack which come in handy. We had a lovely stay, and I would definitely return and will be recommending this caravan. Thanks again x

This was honestly one of the nicest caravan getaways I have ever been on, the facilities and cleanliness was well above par. The host was extremely welcoming and left a care package so we could instantly relax upon arriving. Also was very well located close to beach and all amenties good plot just tucked back abit which was great. I would definitely go again as was very nice and relaxed. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for my daughter's 6th birthday and I can honestly say I have never stayed in a nicer caravan. We were very pleased with it. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how nice it smelt, it was lovely and clean. It was very spacious and modern. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

We stayed here with my partner and 2 year old daughter and had the most lovely holiday. Caravan is spotlessly clean with all amenities you would need and more. Owners were lovely and welcoming, caravan has a real home from home feel. We will definitely visit again in the future! Thanks again :) xx
