Great caravan in an excellent location close to the main complex and right next to the small playarea which was brilliant for my little girl, being an only child was great as she made lots of friends to play with. The caravan was lovely and had everything you could need and great sitting out on the side decking in the sunshine. Very fast responses from the caravan Owner and answered any questions quickly. We will definitely be booking this caravan again, wish we could have stayed longer!

Was our first time booking a private rental on a Haven site and we certainly chose well. The caravan itself was very well looked after and clean, with plenty of extras in the kitchen to make the stay that little bit more like home. The location on site was ideal, in one of the quieter and more spacious areas but still only a short walk from the main facilities and within sight of a small play park where our children made several friends. It was also nice to find an incredibly friendly and helpful owner, who responded to all emails and questions very promptly - including installing a brand new microwave before we'd even arrived back at the caravan, after reporting it not working that morning. The little extra's like fresh flowers on arrival & themed choice of bedding for the kids just added to what would otherwise have already been a fantastic stay. Normally we rarely return to the same place twice, but would happily make an exception to that rule now. Many thanks to Janet for what was a great 2 weeks family holiday.

What more can be said about this amazing and clean holiday home !! Although we did not use them there are plenty of extra cooking appliances to go with the caravan. The caravan is situated in a great location close to the cliff top and all the amenities. Booking was really easy thanks to Janet for responding to any questions or queries instantly. Looking forward to booking this great caravan with Janet again next year .

Amazing stay at this caravan on a great haven park! The owner Janet was very easily contactable and very friendly. She even let us stay an extra night as we were the last guests of the season which made our sons holiday! Great added extras with the grill, slow cooker and coffee machine and fresh flowers! All round lovely stay with a lovely owner. Would definitely book again!

Arrived Friday for a long weekend at the start of half term. Caravan was perfect. Felt like a home from home. My girls loved the bedding - the little personal touches make all the difference. Coffee machine, toastie maker, games for all. Fresh bunch of flowers on arrival too. Very close to the entertainment & the ship and the park very close by, the kids were in their element. I would 100% recommend this Caravan. Fab communication with Janet throughout the booking process and upon arrival and departure ????

The contact with the owner from initial contact to end of hols was brilliant. Lovely location to the coast line, easy walk in both directions along the coast. Facilities in caravan were perfect from flowers, tea , coffee. There were even throws for when it got a little chilly at night. Would definitely stay again

We got back from our stay yesterday, and we were very impressed. The little extras that were provided like cleaning supplies, tea, coffee, etc, made it feel homely. Just what we needed after a stressful drive with 2 young children! Our 3 year old loved the dinosaur bedding provided, and we thought it was a lovely touch. It was nice to be situated so close to the little park, so our 3 year old could go and play, and we could watch from nearby with a brew. Would definitely stay again! The owner was easily contactable, friendly and prompt with any communication required which was nice as well.

Just returned from a 4 night break,caravan was the nicest weve ever stayed in ,we usually book a haven caravan but lucky for us the date we required was unavailable and for the first time ever booked with an owner,so glad we did .Everything from booking the accommodation to the end of our holiday was suburb, extremely pleasent and efficient owner nothing was to much trouble,The Caravan was spotless,homely and had many little extras that haven do not provide such as cleaning products,bath mat,toilet rolls even tea,coffee and sugar and beds made up on arrival ,the location was excellent very close by to amenities which made getting to shop and facilities so much easier for us as my sister has mobility issue's and cant walk far unaided. We had the most amazing time made even better by such a suburb service and caravan, enjoyed it so much hope to return next year

Just got back from a week stay with 3 younger children..... the caravan was spotless and very spacious. All beds made up on arrival and loads of little extras like tea coffee sugar jam and marmalade... even salt and pepper..... same little touches in the bathroom including toilet rolls, hand soap and a bath mat(very handy with little ens stops em slipping getting out shower)... from messaging to book to getting here on the 1st day we had lots of interaction and janet was quick and friendly to answer all questions..... park is bang outside the van so my 3 year old was able to go off and play while we sat on the veranda( furniture so comfy and clean.) Great facilities at blue dolphin too the pool, shop, arcades and show bars are literally 5 mins walk. Thank u for a great stay and cant wait to rebook in the future. X

On arrival at the caravan there was fresh flowers and it was beautifully furnished. Tea, coffee and sugar was provided and even jam, marmalade and chocolate spread. The bedrooms were well furnished and spacious storage. Also the views from the caravan were fantastic of the Yorkshire dales. The check in was very quick and easy. It was well equipped, salt, vinegar, and a range of condiments. The owner was very knowledgeable on the booking process, I recommend anyone to book and will be returning. The facilities on park were great, swimming pool, bar entertainment and shop. Also regular buses to Scarborough and Filey.

The first thing to notice when going into the caravan was the smell.....A LOVELY AND CLEAN SMELL!! We've hired privately betore on other sites and found we had to wipe surfaces down in kitchen and bathroom, wash items before using, even buying our own tea-towels but not the case here at all, even fresh flowers left out on our arrival and it just felt cosy from the off. Everything you'd need for a short caravan stay was provided kitchen-wise including a toastie maker, george foreman grill, slow cooker (again all cleaned where you dont feel they need a scrub before use) and a fantastic little coffee machine with numerous flavoured pods provided, loads of cutlery and gadgets and various condiments. Biggest plus was the option of wi-fi for a small charge and that it was always a good connection even when sat outside Comfy, spacious living and dining area with TV/DVD, various board games to use and a basket full of blankets provided if you fancied an evening on the decking. Decking area with table and seating got the sun until late afternoon (when it decided to make an appearance) and was a decent enough size for us all to sit out on an evening for a few drinks but watch out for seagulls through the day if having a bite to eat as they dont wait for an invitation to join you. Nice clean bathroom/toilet with a decent hot/powerful shower and lots of room for all your bathroom bits and also a separate toilet which is always handy, hand soap provided throughout, so again just a little something that saves you money-wise when you pop to nearest shop for a few bits Lovely location, about a minute walk to the coastal path that runs along the cliff tops and not too far away for a short walk to the main facilities but not too close to have all the accompanying noise that can sometime go with it. There is a small play.park area next to it (swing and climbing frame) with unobstructed view where you could sit outside and see your little ones play, nearly always used by younger kids but nothing excessive noise-wise that you wouldn't expect anywhere else. Janet was instant in any email replies for queries we had before the holiday started and was even chasing me for my details to return my deposit before I'd got back home, when in the past I've been hassling an owner for a few days or so to get deposits back Honestly, couldn't fault anything and wouldn't hesitate to re-book if we find ourselves wanting a break in this area again.

That was my first time renting privately and I had an amazing time at Janet’s caravan. The caravan is at walking distance of the park facilities and have a playground that you can see the kids from the living room. That’s was the highlight as I have 2 small kids and they were able to run freely without any danger. It was nice and we felt like home with Janet’s personal touches and extra provided. After a long journey we had it was nice to have a coffee machine and some pods waiting for us. The caravan was clean and the communication was prompt. Filey and Scarborough is a short drive away. I highly recommended the caravan and site facilities.
