Had a lovely week in the caravan. Comfortable, cosy with everything you need for your stay. Nice quiet part of the site. Booking was easy and communications with Paul were always answered quickly. Highly recommended. Loved the little welcome drinks etc that were left, especially the Newcastle Brown Ale, it's a must for all Geordies, nice touch.

3rd time staying in Gill and Paul's caravan and they are the best owners you could ask for always a 5 ? service from start to finish the caravan has everything you need plus more for your stay and is within walking distance to beach, amusements, pubs, takeaway shops and fantasy island we have had a fantastic week and will 100% be booking again. Cannot rate this van highly enough, the owners are very informative from booking to the stay nothing is ever too much. Price is very good for all year round we have rebooked to go again. Paul and Gill have even been good enough to help me payment wise so you will have no worries that you're in safe hands. The small gifts they leave on arrival are a very nice touch and the caravan is situated in an ideal place near all amenities and the beach. Would highly recommend.

Second time we have stayed in Paul's beautiful caravan and both times it has been fantastic. caravan has everything you need and more love the little drinks they leave for the adults and sweets and drinks for the kids and its super close to the beach and all entertainment everything you want on holiday we will definitely be returning

Great communication from the owners and the caravan is nice and clean and has lots of added extras, buckets spades beach mats chairs etc. Also arrived to drinks for everyone and snacks which was a lovely touch and great way to start our holiday. Site is great lots to do for kids fantasy island close by aswell as arcades and restaurants, take away etc. We enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra night. Thank you for such a lovely place for us to stay. Definitely would return. Thanks x

Just returned from another lovely holiday at this caravan. It’s our second time here and certainly won’t be the last. The caravan was once again very clean and had everything we needed in it. Very short distance from the beach, shops and bars. The owners couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you again for a lovely holiday. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Just returned from our second stay at this caravan. What a lovely time we have had. The caravan was very clean and has everything you need. It’s also close to the beach, shops and bars. The whole process from start to finish was perfect. The owners met us there with the key and left us a little welcome drink which was a lovely touch. Had a fantastic stay in this caravan owners were great left us sweets and drinks for kids and a few alcoholic beverages for us adults caravan had everything you could want in it to make your holiday special. Thank you so much Paul for hiring us your beautiful van we had a great time.

We were lucky enough to get this caravan at short notice for the bank holiday weekend. It was perfect for what we needed, very clean when we got their and the owners left us snacks and drinks. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others. Owners are very helpful and responsive to questions we asked.

Really enjoyed our stay here as a family of 4. The caravan was clean and had everything you would need, there was even drinks left for us when we arrived, it was definitely worth every penny that we paid. Would highly recommend to anyone looking on booking. Thank you to the owner for everything.

Honestly couldn’t praise the caravan or the owners enough my daughter had a fab time and it was so nice to have a break. The caravan was so clean! And great location. Had no problems. Enjoyed it that much so that we extended our stay. Thankyou so much. And will definitely be booking with you soon!

Just came back from a long weekend with my partner and 4 children. The caravan had everything we needed and was very clean. It was around 5minutes to the club/ arcades/food and beach. Also a play area very close by. Owners were very helpful from start to finish, picked up our passes for us and left complimentary drinks for all. Will definitely use again. Thankyou.

First time staying in Skegness but me and my partner decided to do a staycation due to the UK restrictions. Caravan was spotlessly clean and the owners were very friendly and provided recommendations on local amenities (although the site has got plenty). The caravan has an iron, ironing board etc which for someone like me who is a rubbish packer and creased my clothes was a godsend! We loved how close it was to the beach too - literally a 5 min walk. Will definitely be returning - thanks for a lovely break just what we needed! :)

Just got back from a lovely stay here. It’s my 3rd time back to Skegness and this was by far my favourite place to stay. I will definitely be returning. The caravan was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. There was even an iron and ironing board! The location was perfect and the site amenities were great. Thank you for a lovely holiday! Spent the may bank holiday in this caravan. It was the first time we had been away with our baby son so was quite nervous. We didn't have to be, the caravan was very clean, owners very helpful they had rearranged 2nd bedroom to accommodate travel cot, arranged entertainment passes for us, and left complementary welcoming drinks in the fridge. The caravan is in a lovely quiet spot in the site but only a few minutes walk away from beach swimming pool showbar etc. We will definitely be going back.
