Absolutely lovely caravan. Very modern, bright and airy, clean and tidy. Has a lovely decked area with furniture. Ann is the perfect host, provides everything that you need and nothing is too much trouble. The site was fairly quiet when we were there which was fantastic for us and has great amenities. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back in the warmer months to enjoy the decking more ??

Had a lovely time at the caravan host was great and contactable. Had everything we needed and everyone slept great. Nice seating area outside too. Site amenities were good, kids enjoyed swimming pool and we ate out and enjoyed the beach making memories. Would definitely recommend and will return again soon.

We came for the October break with 3 kids (9, 7 and 5) and a dog. The caravan was really clean when we arrived and there were lots of wee touches like tea, coffee, games etc that were lovely to have as extras. We unfortunately didn't get to use the outdoor section because of the weather and time of year , but it would be a lovely added bonus for those that have nice weather. It was a lovely stay and Ann kept in touch throughout to make sure everything was OK, she was extremely friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

I loved our stay, when we arrived the caravan was very clean and all fresh bedding and immaculate. The caravan has everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Loved that the caravan had decking and can park right next to the van, liked that I could bring my dog also as it’s dog friendly too. It’s very close to the complex and the play park which is very handy. The owner was very helpful and replied straight away when I was asking questions about my up coming stay, I will definitely be booking again next year and would highly recommend, vary hard to find a good host and a very clean caravan

We traveled with our two children (aged 5 and 2) and had a fabulous time at Seton Sands in this lovely caravan. The location was great on a quiet part with lots of grass, but just a few minutes walk to the swimming pool and centre. The caravan is spacious, comfortable and incredibly well equipped (things like black out blinds for the children’s bedrooms and a good range of cooking equipment were much appreciated!) We especially liked the large decking area, which was lovely in the evenings. Everything was really clean and well looked, and communication was great- Ann was very quick to respond and sorted everything like our play passes really quickly.

We had a fantastic holiday in this caravan with 3 children aged 10, 8 and 5. It had absolutely everything we needed- and much more besides! Great, clear communication from the owner, the location was great both in terms of within the park and for using it as a base to visit lots of local attractions which is what we did; would highly recommend park and ride at Newcraighall then train into Edinburgh, unbelievably easy and also cheap as chips! Caravan was modern, well maintained, great layout and nice and clean. I found it a really handy extra to have bed linen provided, hand towels, tea towels. And bedding all very comfy and freshly laundered. Can't comment on onsite facilities at the park as we only used the shop but that had the basics we needed. Really glad we booked this, no regrets whatsoever and have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone.

Lovely caravan in a quiet bit of the park but just a small stroll to bar and restaurant. Anne the owner is the nicest of people to deal with nothing too much bother. Caravan well stocked with everything you need. Beautiful decking area for sitting out. Beds really comfortable and grandson loved the connect 4 and played with it every day. Will definetly be back.

We took our 3 grandchildren age 4, 9 and 13 for a short break in June. The communication from Ann, the owner was excellent. The outside space and the caravan was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with added extras like tea, coffee etc. There was also games for the children. The caravan was ideally situated very near to the swing park and main facilities and in ideal walking distance to the beach. We were lucky to enjoy warm sunshine which allowed us to make good use of the outdoor patio area. It was a safe outdoor space for my grandchildren. The caravan has a spacious lounge and good storage space in the kitchen. The toilet and shower were spotless and all facilities worked well. We had a fabulous holiday and we were very happy with our caravan, so much so we will be booking again for next year. Thank you for your attention to detail Ann and excellent communication. Great holiday. Highly recommend.

Caravan had everything you need for a short break, - close to the swimming pool, bar and restaurant. Ann was great, ensuring we were ok and super responsive when we ran out of gas. Really liked the decking area with the different coloured lights at night.

What can I say from start to end Ann’s communication has been outstanding. If I could have awarded a higher rating for customer service I would have. The caravan is well positioned on the site within easy reach of all the sites amenities including play parks, mini market and the entertainment building which houses the swimming pool, show bar, soft play, amusements and take away. Staying in a privately owned caravan you will need to purchase your passes to be able to access the show bar and swimming pool however as we were travelling with a dog we were unable to enter the building so decided not to bother. The teenagers in our family could use the amusements and the younger children could use the soft play without the need of passes and you could also use the bar and restaurant without passes. The caravan itself is like a home from home and has been much better equipped than other caravans we have stayed in. There are more than enough pots, pans and Utensils in the kitchen to be able to cook meals for a party of 7 which is one thing that we have struggled with in previous holiday homes. There is a small under bench fridge with an ice box so if you are there for a short break it’s more than adequate for a larger party however for longer stays you would possibly need to restock a couple of times as it was a bit of a squash and squeeze to get everything In. Everything in the caravan was lovely and clean and if you have smaller children there is also a high chair and a travel cot. We opted to have the linen included which is free and it was beautifully clean with hand towels in the W/c and bathroom and a bath mat for when getting out of the shower , liquid hand soap in the w/c and bathroom, loo roll and cleaning products. They are all a very welcome additions and just makes holidaying so much easier as there is less to try and cram into the car to bring with you. The beach opposite the park is lovely and with a couple of surprise warmer days we all enjoyed rock pooling with the children. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby including the co-op within (walking distance) Lidl less than 5 minutes drive and then a little further out Asda and Aldi so much easier if you just need to bring essentials with you then stock up once there. The Wi-fi was included with the caravan and although the kids could tap into it on there devices they signal just wasn’t strong enough to pick up Netflix and Amazon prime on the TV, this is absolutely no fault of the owners and not a criticism at all just an observation. To be honest we were out all day and only returned to the caravan around tea time so it wasn’t a problem at all for us. We travelled into Edinburgh by train which was very easy and took about 20 minutes from Longniddry. The parking is free at the train station and an open return ticket for 2 adults and 1 under 16 was around £19 you could also travel from Prestonpans which I’m assuming will be cheaper as it’s a stop close to Edinburgh. All in all we had a lovely break in a very well equipped very clean comfortable caravan and Ann cannot do enough to ensure your holiday is perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Finally a big thank you to Ann she has possibly been the most attentive holiday home owner I have booked with we really do appreciate all the time you have taken communicating with us x

My hubby and I , my granddaughter and her parents , stayed for along weekend. The caravan had a great decking area for sitting out and relaxing , inside was spotless, very comfortable with everything you need . We only had breakfast and snacks in caravan deciding to eat out in clubhouse, food was good and staff were very pleasant. Granddaughter loved the pool which we were lucky enough to get a booking. This is great place for the kids with everything they need and security for site is very good, security staff are very friendly. There is a Co-op in the village which is a short walk away or two minute drive. There are some nice coastal walks. We went for a drive to Dunbar it is a beautiful and scenic route. We would recommend this site and especially the caravan as it is situated in a lovely area and Ann the owner is very pleasant and helpful to deal with. We will certainly be hoping to book up next year. This is a very beautiful area of Scotland

Perfect base for our family holiday in a lovely area! Everything we needed, comfortable, spotlessly clean and a lovely porch area to enjoy too. The caravan is in a quiet spot but within easy access to the park's facilities. Ann was brilliant to communicate with, friendly and always replied. We'd certainly stay again!

Stayed at this great caravan with my 8 year old boy and my friends with their boy. The caravan is the best equipped van I’ve ever been to as all cleaning products, bath mats and hand towels provided. Loved the balcony which was gated and therefore secure for the dog. Kids loved the WiFi with Netflix! The caravan park is next to the beach which was great for rock pooling and only a 15 min stroll up to the Main Street for restaurants/bars. Only disappointing part of the holiday is the caravan park only let owners book the swimming in advance of their holiday so by the time we checked in there was no available slots as fully booked. This is something I think Haven should re-consider. We did manage to get a few cancellations first thing in the morning which the kids were delighted with. I would definitely book this caravan again as it is big, bright and modern and located on a beautiful stretch of coastline.

We had the most amazing time in this caravan. There was two adults and 3 kids and there was so much space it was amazing. The caravan it’s self is very modern and clean. The best were also very clean and comfy. The kitchen was fab too we used it each day for breakfast and dinner. It had everything you need. The park it’s self was beautiful lots to do so the children never complained they were bored. And Ann the owner is so kind and helpful. We texted her a few times while we were away to ask questions and she was more than happy to help us. We would definitely recommend this beautiful caravan it’s great ??????????
