3 bedroom caravan located on the Harbour Cove area of Butlins lakeside caravan park, Minehead resort.

Prices include passes for 2 adults and 2 children, extra can be purchased if required £30 each.

This beautiful caravan is much loved and offers accommodation for up to 8 guests. Main double bedroom, 2 x twin bedrooms and sofa bed in the lounge.

It is well maintained and a full inventory can be found in the caravan ensuring you have the best holiday. It is well loved and cared for by its private owner.

Lounge - There is a large amount of wrap around seating in the lounge, gas fire, DVD player and tv.

Kitchen - Fridge freezer, microwave, 4 ring hob, cooker and extractor fan. All utensils are provided including all pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.

Dining Area - Freestanding table with fixed seating and extra stools.

Bedrooms - The main bedroom has a double bed.The other bedrooms have 2 x twin beds which can be pushed together to create a double bed. Also bed settee in the lounge. Sleeps up to 8.

The caravan comes with duvets and pillows for the beds but you must bring your own bottom sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases unless the linen option is purchased.

Bed linen is not provided but we are able to provide linen and beds made up for your arrival at a small additional cost if required.

Please also bring with you tea towels, washing up liquid, sponges and toilet paper etc.

Bathroom - Fully fitted shower, toilet and wash basin. There is also a separate toilet and wash basin in a further room.

Situation - Located on Harbour Cove, Butlins Lakeside Caravan Park

Check in time is 4pm unless earlier check in is purchased and check out is 10am

Beautiful, clean and welcoming Caravan. Situated in spacious area. The children enjoyed playing ball games outside. Surrounded by bunny rabbits. Yes Rabbits ???? more at night on our walk home from the entertainment and restaurants. Thank you for our stay at your caravan.

We arrived and found the caravan clean and well equipped. Some lovely homely touches and games in drawers under the tv. Unexpected but welcome extras such as Tea, coffee and sugar, cleaning clothes and toilet roll were also provided. We brought and used our own but the thought was there and it was well appreciated. Would highly recommend the caravan to any families or couples. We had two younger and an older child and all was super pleased with our stay.

The second time I have been to the same caravan in june and October this year in Butlins Minehead. Very clean, tidy and welcoming. I will definitely be booking again next year. Very good for family holiday.

This caravan was perfect for our little family getaway. It was very clean and had all the essentials we needed. About a 10 min walk to main tent. Would definitely recommend ????

Great location within the caravan park with large grassy area next to the caravan. Very quiet as set back from the road. Everything we needed for a great holiday. Definitely a caravan to hire!

Owner's booking terms

£100 holding deposit is required to book the holiday with the remaining amount due to be paid within 8 weeks of the holiday start date. We also require at the final payment a £100 damage bond which is fully refundable upon inspection of the caravan after the holiday as long as there is no damage/loss and the caravan is left in a clean state and doesn't smell of smoke.

Holidays booked less than 8 weeks in advance will require full payment at time of booking. Payment is by bacs.

In line with site policy we are unable to accept groups of the same sex or parties under the age of 25.
