Our caravan is brand new 2021 deluxe model. It’s been list as deluxe new style on haven side. It will make you and your family a nice spacious holiday home.

Description

Brand new 3 bedroom sitting in The Larches a quiet area but close to amenities. Large decking area with seating. Parking bay front of caravan. Bed linen provided. Towels not provided. Passes not included ,you can purchase from reception.

£50 non refundable deposit to secure your booking you must pay the outstanding balance 4 weeks before your arrival date If not may result in the loss of your holiday and non refundable deposit to be returned ..they will be a further £75 refundable bond to pay for any damage to my caravan or if anything gets misplaced ..you will receive the bond back with in 7 working days after your departure if everything is ok.

We found the communication with the owner very good . She was quick to respond to any questions I asked . We were allowed to occupy the caravan from 1 pm on our arrival date which was very good . We found the caravan to be very clean and tidy and it has a nice decking area which got the sun all day long . WiFi was provided free of charge which we made use of . The position of the caravan was nice and quiet whilst we were there but not too far from the main complex. The caravan is a new model so everything worked as expected. We would not hesitate to book this caravan again
