Welcome to our lovely stylish Swift Bordeaux holiday home a unique caravan sited in an ideal location, on Juniper Close just 3 minutes from the entertainment complex where all the fun and laughter happens ensuring you a memorable holiday for years to come.
Our lovely two bed caravan is a spacious 38ft holiday home that comes fully complete with double glazing, central heating (to include the bathroom and en-suite toilet) and French patio doors opening onto the decking from the large lounge. On the decking is beautiful, free-standing patio furniture.
Our lovely, spacious lounge comes with free-standing two and a three seater sofas with scatter cushions, two cube stools stored under the coffee table and luxury carpet. There is also a 40" TV with built-in DVD plyer and a lovely built-in electric fire for those chilly nights.
There is a fantastic, fully domestic kitchen which is well equipped with everything you will need for a wonderful stay with us at Devon Cliffs. You will find a glass fronted gas oven and grill with electronic ignition, 4 burner gas hob, stainless steel recirculating cooker hood, stainless steel sink/drainer and 30mm laminate worktops with matching upstands, along with a built-in fridge freezer, iron and ironing board.
In the dining area is a free-standing dining table and chairs for your morning breakfast, lunch and evening meal.
The lovely master bedroom comes complete with en-suite toilet and sink, a king size double bed and a 24" fitted TV with built-in DVD player, built-in wardrobes and dresser with hangers, overbed reading light, bedside lamps and a hairdryer. The twin bedroom has two single beds and a built-in wardrobe.
The main bathroom comes complete with toilet, sink, vanity unit with light with socket for electric razor and of course, a lovely large shower cubicle with thermostatic shower.
We are sited in a lovely, quiet location in Juniper Close, which has no though traffic and is just 3 minutes from the entertainment complex making this an ideal pitch/location for you to have a wonderful stay with the leisure facilities within minutes away. The private beach is just 10 minutes away.
We do have a lovely sea view to watch the evening sun go down when sat out on our lovely veranda, in our comfortable chairs - with drink in hand of course.
Our caravan comes with its own private parking alongside the caravan, making it easy to unload your belongings.
Our Prestige caravan consists of a gas combi boiler with full working instructions.
A smoke alarm with 10 year battery, a fire extinguisher and 5-year carbon monoxide detectors are installed for your safety and peace of mind.
Bookings Conditions
When booking your wonderful holiday with us you will see with our pictures, the exact caravan and location at Devon Cliffs you will be staying in making your holiday a holiday to remember.
We can provide bedding for your stay at a small cost so beds will be made before your arrival, we do NOT provide towels.
We do not provide fun passes or activity bundles. Fun passes (entertainment passes) can be purchased/booked via Haven prior to your arrival - when booking with us, please feel free to ask about these passes.
Our caravan will receive a full professional clean prior to your arrival and will be checked to ensure all items are maintained and fit for purpose. On your day of departure our caravan will again be checked, inspected and cleaned again for the next arriving guests.
Our caravan is strictly a NO SMOKING caravan.
No same sex groups
No pets
No BBQ on decking area or near caravan (fire risk) No felt tip pens No smoking, including E-cigarettes, anywhere within the caravan or decking area
Booking Terms
A £100 non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of booking to reserve your dates. Full payment of the cost of your holiday is required 8 weeks before your arrival date.
If at 8 weeks prior to your holiday you fail to pay the holiday balance, your holiday will be cancelled, and no monies paid will be refunded.
Your £100 deposit will then become a security bond and will be reimbursed 7 days after your departure in the event of no loss, damage or breakages and our holiday home has been left in a good, clean and tidy condition - just as you will find it.
By booking our holiday home, you are agreeing to pay for any damages incurred, to include the veranda. This is any damage caused by you or any member of your party, including guests.
Holidays are from Monday to Friday, Friday to Monday, Friday to Friday, Monday to Monday and now Saturday to Saturday for 3, 4, 7, 10, 11 or even 14 night stays. Please feel free to ask for a price for your requirements.
