Butlins Minehead - Holiday Accommodation 12849

Our first time staying in a caravan and first time at butlins. The accomodation was fantastic, spotlessly clean, warm on arrival and they had decorated and left beautiful food and drink gifts for the entire family! The communication with owners was brilliant and friendly. Over all it exceeded our expectations. Fantastic value for money too!

Booked last minute to come and watch the players championship finals. Exceptional customer service from start to finish and very quick to respond to our initial query and obtaining the tickets for the darts. The caravan is very clean and is very comfortable. It is in a great location and we found this very quiet compared to previously booking through butlins. Kept informed by email of every stage of the booking and informed when the security deposit had been sent. On the morning of the arrival we was sent the WiFi password and told To enjoy our visit. Overal faultless and will be returning.

Excellent, clean caravan, had chocs and wine upon arrival. Lovely surprise. The kids enjoyed the break. Had everything we needed. Will be booking again

Amazing caravan so clean and well thought out, caters to all your needs. Perfect location, we even had ducks visit in the mornings which my 2 young children loved to feed. We will definitely be booking again next year!

The caravan was beautiful and clean upon arrival, there was even chocs, wine and sweets as a welcome which was an unexpected surprise. The caravan was situated close to the facilities (10 min walk) and had everything you could want or need. Although we didn’t use them, there was a PS3 with games, board games and DVDs to name a few. The owner responded to any questions I had very quickly in a friendly manner and was amazing. The allocated parking space was really close so ideal for packing/unpacking the car. It really felt like a home from home. Will definitely book again. Thank you x

As a family of six with teenagers an young children we all absolutely loved this caravan, it was absolutely perfectly clean fresh an very welcoming with a bottle of wine a box of chocolates, lovely touch, everything we needed for the stay an I will definitely be booking again x

Contacted EastHill Caravans on Thursday evening regarding a weekend stay for the following day. Responded very quickly. Very accommodating and helpful owners. Answered any questions we had and gave all info we needed to enjoy our stay. On arrival we received some Easter welcome gifts which was a lovely touch. Caravan immaculate. Very spacious, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Smart TV and DVDs which we used to keep our toddler occupied during our time in the caravan. I would highly recommend. We’re usually a family that would book the chalets / apartments but we will 100% be booking again and to stay with EastHill Caravan again. Thank you again. X

The caravan was perfect for our little break away, in a nice quiet area, but not to far to walk into the main part of Butlins. very well equipped kitchen. The beds where very comfortable, Brilliant customer service and very helpful. I’m hoping to take the children away next year, they would love the caravan and lots of space for them to play.

Family of 6 with older teens, was an absolutely beautiful caravan in a stunning location, with everything thought about n in place, lovely friendly service, being a newbie to holidaying they made the whole process very easy straight forward and an absolutely pleasure. Highly recommend for couples or families of all ages ????

Lovely clean and modern caravan,very homely and well equipped(including PS3 and few games for kids)in a good position with its own parking space. Easy access to the complex which is few minutes walk away,so you dont have to drive everywhere.The children loved it and didn't want to come back home.Great communication and very helpfull owner.THANK YOU we will be back;)

One of the beat caravans I have ever stayed in. We loved the added extras of the PlayStation and DVD player and will know to take coffee pods next time for the coffee machine! Nicely situated next to a large open area of grass for the children to play and parking right outside. After our own misunderstanding over the bedding the owner sorted the issue for us within minutes and followed up later on to make sure we were ok, excellent customer service.
