About the owner

We are Lynsey and Steve, family is at the heart and soul of everything we do. We do not rent our caravan out as a business but more of a chance for families to have a break away with each to relax and have fun. Having 2 kids aged 19 and 20 we are now able to live our own lives and not have to be there 24 /7 for kids. We decided to invest in our caravan in May 2021, with all the negative things going on in the world around us we wanted to help bring joy and happiness to families. We enjoy going to our caravan for a night away just to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and relax and we hope our guest enjoy the same relaxing feeling. We will do our upmost best to accommodate your needs. We are happy for anyone to call us when booking or when you are staying in our caravan.

Description

Well presented 2 bedroom 6 berth (7 with travel cot) Willerby Vacation holiday home.
Living area is complete with TV, PlayStation3 console with games, Bluetooth speaker, few family games and family DVD’s, toddler toys.
We also offer free WI-FI.
There is a pull out double bed in the living area.
Kitchen is well equipped with cooker, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle and plenty of kitchen ware for all your needs, including plastic plates, bowls and cutlery for young ones.
Main bedroom has a double bed, wall mounted 22" TV, 2 double wardrobes with shelves in them, set of drawers, electric heater and ample space for a travel cot which is supplied if required. There is an en-suite toilet with wash basin.
2nd bedroom has 2 single beds with a small unit and a wall mounted wardrobe.
Beds made up ready for your arrivals, we DO NOT provide towels so dont forget them.
Family bathroom consists of toilet, sink, and shower.
Iron and ironing board is supplied.
Basic cleaning equipment can be found under the sink.
Smoke alarm and 2 CO2 monitors fitted for your safety along with a fire extinguisher.
Space for you to park your car at the side of the caravan.
Table and chairs outside to sit and enjoy the sunshine on.
This is a NO smoking caravan, however smoking is permitted outside we just ask that you clean up after yourself.

There's plenty to do on site to keep the children entertained and evening family entertainment to unwind to.
Passes are required to use the entertainment and pools and can be purchased for the main reception.
Please note due to Covid 19 there are currently restrictions in place.

There's a lovely little beach within walking distance and Rhyl itself is only a short drive away where you will find lots of entertainment to keep you going all day.
A little further drive is Towyn where you will find the fun fairs and large market.

Our minimum stay is 3 nights Friday - Monday.
We require a £50 non-refundable deposit to be paid when making your booking to secure the dates.
We also require an additional £100 refundable damage deposit which is returned after the holiday ends in line with UKcaravans4hire T&C's providing there is no damage to the caravan or contents, no loss or damage to keys and the caravan is left in a reasonable condition.

Fantastic trip ! Stayed with our young children . Caravan was spotless , great features for the children (games travel cot etc) . Great communication with Lynsey & Steve. Highly recommend , we look forward to returning in the future ! Home away from home excellent !

Lynsey was really easy to contact and answered any questions I had leading up to the holiday , then all information emailed the day before , lovely caravan and very clean , but there wasn’t anything the caravan didn’t have for family’s , had games ,dvds , toys , plastic plates and cups , travel cot , We enjoyed our break thank you

Thank you so much for letting stay in your beautiful caravan, we all had a fabulous time really enjoyed our hoilday. Carvan was lovely and clean with loads for kids to do with games and dvds. Just had slight issue and that is the window ledge was bit of a hazard as my little girl banged her head a few times. Thank you again x

Excellent service from the owners kept in touch with relevant information, caravan lovely and clean, we travelled out most days to see wales so did not really yse facilities on site, caravan had lovely touches to it from welcome pack and dvds and books, will definitely use again

Lovely caravan no negatives on it, everything you needed for a great stay, Communication was excellent with the owner very fast responses, Just unlucky with the entertainment as only one bar of the 3 was open due to staff isolating, but when it’s all back up and running it will be a great place to go defernatly rebooking again, and only 5 mins walk from the beach, which was lovely and clean

Stayed for a long weekend with a 9yr old and 12yr old. Caravan was lovely and clean when we arrived, plenty of space and everything we needed was there. kids loved the range of games to play and the selection of dvd's. Kids entertainment in the club was good, only went in twice but kids had fun, swimming had to be booked for timeslots so we only used the pool once. The owner was great to deal with and emailed us all the important things we needed to know a couple of days before we were due to go. Overall a great little staycation would definatley book again and recommend to friends / family

Lovely caravan! We stayed for the weekend and the kids loved it, especially the board games and cards - They played snap all weekend. We didn’t spend much time at the park as the weather was good and went for days out, so I can’t comment on the club house entertainment. But a lovely stay and will definitely stay again!
