About the owner

Bought a caravan for my family use and realised that the home from home feeling is lovely and relaxing when at the same time being away from your true home on a holiday. Having the essential added extras of beach, swimming pools and entertainment for all the family to make a truly enjoyable holiday it made me think harder and realise that there was more I could do with this purchase. I then decided to start renting out the caravan when it was not required by ourselves so that others can enjoy that same feeling, especially as everyone has gone through some seriously trying times recently. My biggest hope is that other families will enjoy and relax using my caravan home as much as I do.

Duvets and Pillows provided. Memory foam mattresses on all beds. 8 berth (7.5 berth). Three bedrooms. (1 Double - 1 Twin Room 1 Trundle Bed suitable for 1 adult and 1 child under 10). Fold up sofa double bed in living room.
Plugs with USB ports in Living room and twin rooms.
Coffee perculator, filters and coffee located on shelf under toaster area.

Situated on the Park Holiday/Haven Site at Seawick, Clacton-on-Sea.
Three Bedrooms, (1dble - 1 twin - 1 trundle bed (young children or 1 adult)
One Shower/Toilet and one single toilet.
Gas by Bottle and Electric by meter included in price. Microwave, Coffee Machine, Gas Hob and oven. Kettle and Toaster.
Iron and Ironing Sheet.
Hairdryer in double bedroom
Living room with Dining area.
Smart TV/DVD player. Freeview available. Private WIFI facility (Free)
Sited next to a private small car park. Always has spaces available. Passes available at the reception for a small fee to use all facilities at the park.
Launderette available on site and small grocery shop.
Beach only 1/2mile down the road.
Two swimming pools - one indoor and one outdoor.

Duvets and Pillows provided for all beds, bring own covers to suit your needs. BRAND NEW MEMORY FOAM MATTRESSES IN ALL BEDROOMS - All curtains in each room are blackout and thermal.
Smallest bedroom has a "trundle" bed. A bed on wheels underneath a single bed. The bed on wheels only really suitable for child under the age of 10 years.

ALL YOU NEED TO BRING: Duvet and Pillow Covers and mattress sheets. Toiletries, Towels, clothing and any food and refreshments you may require.

Sometimes pets are considered. Please contact owner for discussion.

Passes for use throughout the park is available for a small fee at the main reception.

Has the personal touch from home - coffee tables and scatter cushions. Also provided extra plug facilities including usb ports to assist in charging up your personal tech requirements. Facility is on the TV for you to connect laptops or Xbox to if required.

Fees are fair and within the cheaper range for renting.

Easy to book...good communication with owner... Caravan large , clean, neat and tidy and had everything that we needed. Had a nice relaxing week away. Will use again when back in the area.

Caravan was really great, clean and spacious with bedding and pillows in protective covers. Plenty of crockery and a good selection of pans etc . Lovely veranda and nice chairs outside. Situated in a nice place , peaceful and quiet. The site is nice and the children enjoyed the club house. Lovely holiday all round.
