About the owner

Caron & Chris would like to welcome you to our refurbished in May 21 static holiday home. As owners we adhere to all the site regulations when it comes to your safety within our caravan. All gas and electrics are checked when they should be. We have tried to make it as homely and comfortable as possible for your stay. Please note that a railway line runs to the side of the property . Sunday services will be minimal. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Thank you. Caron & Chris

Additional info:
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom one has an en-suite with toilet and basin plus a walk in wardrobe. Kitchen is well equipped all new in May 21. We provide pillows and quilts with protectors but no linens or towels. Please bring with you your sheets, pillow cases quilt covers towels and tea towels. Thank you
If you require heating please call us as the system is drained down in the summer months and the gas fire is available but we will need to know if you are going to be using it for insurance purposes. Our contact number is in the blue book in the caravan and we are available at any reasonable time. Heating will be charged for and taken out of your deposit at the end of your stay.

Description

Quiet site boasting an onsite restaurant and bar. Our Holiday home is situated in the corner of the site with views of the mountains from the lounge and balcony. 2 minute walk to the coast path and beach direct from the site and across the railway. Close by is a fun fair and market as well as a parade of amusements and shops. Within half hours drive there is plenty to see and do for instance The Welsh national coast, Snowdonia Park, and Llandudno which is well worth a look. Take the tramway from Llandudo through the great Orme country park. Large outdoor play ground for the kids or take a picnic and enjoy the scenery. On a rainy day there is a water park in Rhyl, junior tag, cinema, trampolines suspended from an underground Victorian slate cavern and lots more besides. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to accept stags and hens due to insurance and park policy.

There is a Chinese take away just across the road from the Park and a little way down the road within walking distance is a fish and chip shop. Local Cafe opposite the site entrance plus a further Cafe (Butterflies- Worth a visit ) down the road.
