Thank you Jo and Katie. What a great stay. We as a family with young children are often worried that we haven’t packed everything. The caravan’s previous reviews mention, it is fully equipped with everything! Kids toys, puzzles, games, Xbox, dvd player. The kitchen had everything we needed to store and cook a few small meals in. From slow cooker to even a calpol syringe! I would agree with the other reviews in regards to location and a park a stone throw away. We enjoyed venturing out and visited the SC2 Swim centre and we and the little ones loved that! We are looking forward to booking again, purely based on the caravan and its location, cleanliness and facilities. Thank you, to both of you :)

Our first little family holiday and we honestly could not fault anything! The caravan was stunning it really was a home away from home. We had to change dates due to the girls being poorly nothing was to much for jo as soon as I updated her about the issue she went out of her way to sort us new dates out As soon as we walked in you could smell how clean it was it really was spotless. It had all new flooring throughout which really added to the homely feel the kitchen was stocked up with everything you could need including a little welcome pack which really was a nice little touch! The girls absolutely loved the little tubs of toys and the fact they could still watch Disney. The caravan isn’t too far away from the little park which the girls loved playing on our eldest even made a little holiday friend. We will 100% be booking again

Awesome place for families! Plenty to do onsite and a short drive to Rhyl centre. Lovely entertainment in an evening… The 2p machines will make up for most of spending money. Stayed multiple times in the caravan- up to date games, selection of puzzles, a number of streaming channels that are easily accessible, Xbox and a small park within viewing distance. Won’t be disappointed 5*

Just come home from a lovely little few days away wud like to say thanks to jo an Katie for letting us stay in your caravan it was very chilled it had Everythink you cud need an it was spotlessly clean had no problems at all an only couple of mins to club / baths an all the facilities wud definitely recommend especially for families

I can totally recommend Joanne for a 5* in all aspects, the caravan was amazing and it has alot of options of games, puzzles, smart tv, WiFi etc. The caravan is situated close to the facilities and it was very clean on arrival. Communication with Joanne was excellent and any queries I had was dealt with straight away. We had an amazing time Jo, thanks again and we will definitely be booking again with you in the nr future.

Absolutely beautiful caravan with everything you will need for your stay. Very very clean and lovely furnished. Double bed in our room and kids rooms were so sooo comfortable to sleep in, It made huge difference for us and we all slept so well. Caravan was extremely spacious and even my 6.2 feet tall husband was comfortable. It honestly felt like home and you could tell how much effort and love went into the Caravan and the upkeep of it. Would definitely recommend even for bigger family. There was 5 of us and we had plenty of space. Thank you so much for having us ????. Jo and Katie were wonderful and provided us with all information we needed and were absolutely lovely hosts.

Had amazing weekend at Joanne’s caravan for the jubilee weekend, got a bargain for the price we paid for a bank holiday weekend, very spacious caravan with 3 bedrooms and open living area, lots of room for my 2 toddlers to run around no problem. Had lots of toys & games to keep the kids entertained which was nice surprise as we couldn't fit any in the car with us, also travel cot & high chair, very clean and excellent customer service to contact Jo with any questions, Only short walk to the entertainment & beach, we had day out at the beach and made use of the deck chairs, fishing rods supplied by Jo. Would defiantly recommend and will be returning again. Thanks x

Beautiful caravan with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There was plenty for the children to do on site, although we chose to stay off site for the duration of our stay.

We have just returned from a lovely sunny Easter weekend break. Thankyou very much to Jo and Katie for such a lovely stay in their caravan. The owners are friendly and helpful and quick to respond to any emails. The caravan was spotless inside and really well equipped. Iron, hair dryer, extra pillows and throws. Tea and coffee and cleaning products available and it was warm and cosy. Outdoor seating and table aswell. My girls got the little toys out that were available to play as soon as we arrived! The caravan is perfectly situated being right near the main complex and next to a play park which the kids loved. I have stayed many times at this Haven site and can honestly say this caravan was one of the cleanest with the best customer service. Would definitely love to stay here again. What a brilliant immaculate caravan all the basics are provided plus MANY EXTRAS, home from home. We didn’t spend much time with on the site as there’s so much to do in the area, but has lots to offer and very tidy. We stayed here for a full week with 2 young children. The caravan was well equipped with all the essentials plus extras like games, wii machine, TV with netflix and Disney. My mum and dad came towards the end of the week messaged Jo she just added them straight on the booking with no hassle, she also sent me all details of whats going on in the park. The beds was really comfy we even had tea coffee and sugar already in the caravan for when we arrived. There's a park right near where you can sit outside the caravan and watch your kids play. The club, shop and all activities are close by so not much walking from the caravan. We have had an amazing week and will definitely be coming back. Thanks again Jo X

The caravan was lovely, very clean and roomy, the beds were very comfortable, really can’t fault anything about the caravan at all. The park was clean and busy, we didn’t purchase passes for the entertainment and to use the facilities as they couldn’t guarantee that we would be able to book anything, we could have qued up but our granddaughter has autism so it wasn’t an option for us. Joanne (caravan owner) was fantastic, she kept me up to date with any changes etc., and she answered any queries promptly. Would definitely book again.

Fantastic, well equipped and very clean caravan. Amazing location, caravan itself located on a good spot within a park. Fantastic stay for family with you g children as there is a lot of entertainment provided by lovely owners Jo and Katie in a shape of board games, Wii and Netflix & Disney +. Highly recommend

We have just had an amazing stay at Jo and Katie’s caravan, before arrival Jo kept us updated with all of the information we needed about the site, the covid rules and the caravan itself. The caravan was spotless and they provide cleaning materials plus tea, coffee and sugar, they also have a Wii which came in handy when we had a spot of rain. They have a great spot with the play park in sight so the children were free to play as we watched from a distance, it’s also just a few minutes walk to the sand dunes and park entertainment area. We look forward to revisiting soon.

The Caravan is Stunning, Great Location, its very clean/ COVID safe and has a Great selection of games for the children to play with. Just arrived home from a lovely few days at Presthaven Sands. The caravan was spotlessly clean & airy , with all the facilities that we needed, including extras like toys, books & games to amuse our little boy. It was the perfect size for our family. The communication in the lead up to our stay was excellent. The caravan is located in a very short walk to all the main activities. Thank you, we had a great time!!

I couldn't score any less. The accommodation completely exceeded both mine and my husbands expectations. This was my 1st caravan holiday, and it did not disapoint!. The owners were just fab with the amount of information we recieved b4 hand . The accommodation was clean & comfortable and lots of extras (Netflix, Nintendo will, books, games ,dvds wifi) honestly couldn't fault the accommodation or any of the facilities on the complex there is burger King, papa johns pizza, a take away fish n chips and a sit in restaurant. There is also a co-op on site. Plenty for young and old to do . Will deff be re booking with this vendor .

Great communication from the owner from when the booking was made. Great value for money. Caravan was lovely with a cosy feel to it. Great location walkable to the beach and reception/park area of site. Board games, computer, wifi, books and tv with Bluetooth all in too. Would highly recommend and will be returning again. From the start great communication from the owners told us everything need to know. Caravan is lovely very homely and well presented it has everything you need for your stay great little touches with games and dvds provided. Beds are also very comfortable aswell. This was a one night stay with friends, this was a clean light and airy caravan, so close to the beach, literally 5 minute walk, all the family orientated clubs/facilities are even closer.
