Disappointed with caravan. Lead missing for PlayStation so unable to be used, dvd stuck in children's bedroom dvd so again could not be used. No WiFi in caravan as stated, Haven have not provided this as an extra that can be paid separately for 7 yrs I was told at reception, only WiFi available is in main venue. Ad also stated beds could be made up for an extra £60, after booking I was told as I booked at short notice this was not available. I had to call Haven direct to check I could hire direct from them, which I did. Then made up the beds myself after a 6 hour drive. En suite door to toilet very stiff and bedroom carpet marked. Child's bedroom door squeaked so woke my son up when trying to squeeze past at night, too hot to shut his door at night. When I booked this caravan there was still many others available in the same price range, the fact this caravan advertised the games console and TVs in the bedrooms was the reason we picked this one and my sons were disappointed to not be able to use them. The complex is great and the beach but I feel we did not get value for money with this booking.

Unfortunately, the lead was missing of the play station - however, I sent one first class recorded the day that you told me and it reached there the next day which I told you but you didn't pick it up. You did book at short notice and unfortunately and we couldn't accommodate the bedding being added so late in the day regrettably which I let you know as soon as you asked. You said that the cooker didn't work and that did? You can pick up wifi in the van but you do need to pay for it. You wanted to use our personal wifi which I explained that you couldn't as Haven registered it for the year to our personal devices. There were telly's in the bedroom that did work. I wish you had mentioned the doors, as that is a quick fix and we could have easily sorted that out for you. In conclusion, everything you asked of me, I answered and sorted for you straight away including the cable for the play station. I am glad that you got to see some of Exmouth and Devon and enjoyed the beach and hope the children had fun doing other activities.
