Beautifully designed and furnished lounge with access to the large veranda through the French doors and patio furniture. The lounge is spacious with vaulted ceilings and fully equipped with 58” wall mounted smart TV, PS4 with Blu-ray.high quality furniture. Air conditioning to this area

KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The kitchen benefits from a double oven and grill, gas hob with five rings, extractor fan, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and ample storage. The kitchen also benefits from a 50/50 fridge freezer. The dining area has plenty of natural lighting due to two large side windows and benefits from Marble dining table and knickerbocker chairs .we also have bar stools .Air conditioning to this area hot and cold . Delonghi Bean to cup coffee machine .Coffee and bottled water supplied for dispenser also .we provide everything you will need .

BEDROOMS
Bedroom one has a king-sized bed, with Nectar mattress. spacious walk in wardrobe, 48inch wall mounted smart TV with X box Series S .full en-suite bathroom complete with shower, toilet and wash basin.

Bedroom two benefits from twin beds, that can be pushed together to form a superking and large walk in wardrobe. There is sufficient room at the end of the bed for a travel cot if required.30 inch TV with Netflix and dvds .

BATHROOM & TOILET
As previously mentioned the double bedroom is en-suite. The main bathroom has a full length bath with shower, toilet and basin.

HEATING
233A has double-glazing and a gas combi boiler, central heating system with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort and Air-conditioning in lounge for hot and cold.

VERANDA
The Lucky Lodge Benefits from a lovely veranda with large fronted area accessible from front patio doors and from a lovely fenced garden and rear patio area. We have also invested in lots of outdoor furniture.all day sunshine .

ECLOSED GARDEN
233a also has a fenced patio area ideal for keeping young ones safe while they play.sun loungers supplied .Gas BBQ and gas supplied. Locks on the decking .completely private and all day sunshine .

PRIVATE DRIVE
Room for four vehicles. On the main strip .2 mins from RJs .and a 5 min walk to Brean Splash .5 mins from the sea . We are in a unique position on the site .

NON SMOKING
Please note smoking is strictly forbidden inside the lodge. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge for cleaning.
Vaping is allowed.
