Caravan lovely and clean,got everything that you need ,owner answers your enquiries very quick,I have been an owner for ten years on Presthaven ,but sold caravan this year,and have a bit of ocd ,but found caravan fab,would definitely book nxt year,only issue was vac didn’t work and decking needed a jet wash has going green and slippery when wet ,but had a fab break .

Absolutely beautiful caravan in a fantastic area overlooking the mere. Everything you need in caravan and was spotless clean. Owner was so helpful and answered all my queries straight away. Would definitely book this caravan again.

Perfect! This caravan is absolutely beautiful from the interior en-suite to main bathroom with a bath and shower over it and even a washer/dryer in the kitchen. It is immaculate, we loved the location I am seriously going to miss my morning coffee sat on the decking with the lovely view it was so peaceful. The owner is so good with communication from start to finish. We will definitely be returning to Marton Mere we were impressed with how easy it is to access Blackpool with a 10 minute drive we even fitted in a trip to Blackpool zoo. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful caravan.

Fabulous caravan in a quiet part of Martin Mere overlooking the lake, but only a few minutes from the main entertainment area. The caravan was well maintained, very clean and had everything you need for a great holiday. The owner was very helpful if you had any queries. We had a great few days with lovely weather. We would definitely book again.

Lovely caravan in great location for us on the quieter side of the site. Well equipped and comfortable, very homely. Owner was very helpful with good communication. The vac didn't work well at all, there was a sweeping brush but no dustpan. WiFi on the whole was good but internet TV had a lot of buffering however we just switched and watched Freeview. Booked again for next year.

Caravan in a nice quiet location of the holiday park. Fairly well equipped. The tv with apps came in very handy for the whole family as did the tvs in the bedrooms. Impressive that the ensuite of the master bedroom also had a shower, this meant no queueing or arguing over the bathrooms. Unfortunately for us it rained most of the week so we couldn’t enjoy a seat on the decking with a glass of wine, however had it been warmer we wouldve took full advantage of this. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay for the whole family including our Chihuahua. The only thing we could really fault was that the hoover didnt work! We like to keep everything neat and tidy and usually hoover daily because there is a lot of coming and going in and out…. The sock fluff on the carpets drives me insane. We do have the same rule as at home….no shoes indoors. Cant really comment on the park itself or its facilities as we didnt use them. Being so close to the promenade itself we spent most of our time down there. Would recommend this caravan and would return. Self check in made life so much easier too.

We have just got back from a lovely few days at this caravan. The caravan is located in a lovely area of the park ideal for walking the dogs and is very quiet. The caravan was clean and very practical. We will definitely be returning next year. Couldn’t find one fault.

The Caravan was fantastic , it was worth ever penny to stay there, the security is great. its great place to take a dog there are loads of great walks. The owner is very helpful and its great value for the money. I would highly recommend this caravan for a great holiday.

We loved our stay in this caravan. The caravan is gorgeous and was immaculate when we arrived. Its a short 8 minute stroll to the complex but far enough out that at night its really peaceful.
