About the owner

Hi, and welcome to my listings for the 2 very beautiful holiday homes that I am fortunate enough to manage. I have two listings on this website, one caravan is at Naish, New Milton, Hampshire. This was a venture initiated by my parents and we are the proud owners of a lovely holiday home at Hoburne Naish in Hampshire. We purchased our caravan in 2018 and this was a dream come true for us. After years spent at Naish as a family (myself, my younger sister, my mum and dad) we returned in May 2018 for a holiday to celebrate my dads 60th birthday and fell in love with the place all over again. In August 2018 mum asked me to make the call to Naish to discuss holiday home ownership, so we made the call, made a couple of visits and in September 2018 picked up our keys to our beautiful family home. Myself and my fantastic partner Rob also ventured out and bought our own holiday home in Devon, Haven's flagship site, Devon Cliffs also known as Sandy Bay in Exmouth. So between our families we are very lucky to be able have two fantastic holiday homes in two fantastic locations. We live just outside of Bath in a little town in Midsomer Norton in Somerset.

Inside the caravan we include an iron, ironing board, hoover, clothes airers, pegs, mop and bucked and a sweeping brush.

Description

Welcome to our pet friendly, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday home. The caravan is situated on Haven's flagship holiday park Devon Cliffs, also known as Sandy Bay in Exmouth.

We are able to offer double glazing, central heating, a veranda and free unlimited Wi-Fi (caravan only), and is ideally situated close to the beach and the park amenities on the lovely area of Spruces on Devon Cliffs.

The caravan has a gated, 8ft x 20ft veranda, keeping your little ones and fur babies safe and secure. We have provided a lovely rattan garden furniture set that comprises of a large square table, 4 chairs and 4 stools, all complete with cushions.

Inside the caravan you will find everything you need to make your stay as enjoyable and as comfortable as possible.

The kitchen hosts an integrated microwave, full size fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and all the kitchen utensils, dinner plates, cups and glasses needed.

There is a lounge/diner compromising of a 32” TV with built-in DVD and an L shaped sofa with a fold away sofa bed.

We have 2 bathrooms available, one with a shower, toilet and basin, the other with a toilet and basin.

We have 3 bedrooms: 2 twin bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and a single wardrobe; one master bedroom with a double bed, double wardrobe and a dressing table.

We do not offer linen, however, we do offer a 2pm arrival time at the caravan so this gives you a slight advantage on getting into the caravan, unpacked and beds made up.

The caravan has it’s own WiFi so you do not need to rely on the parks WiFi

Please note, our check in days are Friday and we offer 7 night breaks.

Entertainment passes are not included in the prices shown - once the full balance has been paid on your holiday we will book your arrival in with the caravan park, they will then email you a link that takes you through the pass purchase process.

New for 2023 - once your balance is paid and your passes are purchased you are able to book activities up to 13 weeks prior to your arrival.

I would definitely not recommend this caravan. It’s very outdated and the cleanliness was very poor! There was dust everywhere, dog hair everywhere, (we have a dog so we know dog hair gets everywhere but at least clean it!) glasses and mugs were filthy, and toilet had not been cleaned. When we arrived the hoover and mop were left in the living room and no storage for anything. We are not normally fussy people at all but this was ridiculous.. on the plus side, the caravan was placed in a nice enough area of the park and the actual park was good fun!

We stayed here for 1 week with my parents and son who is 11. The van was clean and tidy when we arrived. Had everything we needed in there. Was in a good location around a 5 minute walk to the entertainment and the same for the beach . Car parking outside the van that was plenty. Good balcony area to ensure the dog could have access to fresh air in a safe Manor. The beds were comfy. Not an awful lot of storage when all rooms are used but we managed by putting the cases under the bed and accessing that way. All in all we had a fab time. Connie was avalible if we needed her and replied straight away. Would defernatly return

A lovely, clean 3 bedroom caravan on a site with plenty to do. I usually end up cleaning throughout before unpacking, but this was not necessary at 47 Spruces. Wifi is a must with older children, and this worked well throughout the van. Communication with the caravan owner was easy, and all the details needed were sent well in advance.
