tarmac parking bay for 2 vehicles at the property. We are in a lovely private and peaceful corner of site with not much passing traffic, yet still close to the site amenities. Our property has front sliding doors which open onto a front deck with seating.
We have a fully equipped kitchen with full sized fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and gas oven with hob and grill.
cosy lounge with electric fire, dinning table and chairs and tv with Freeview and DVD player.
We accept very well behaved pets but please ensure they are well behaved! any damage, or soiling you will be expected to either put right or pay for the damage/ deep cleaning. We are sited close to a small dog walk area of the site.
There is plenty on site for everyone, fishing lakes, 9 hole golf course, arcades, restaurant, play parks, gym, heated swimming pool with flume, crazy golf, entertainment, bingo, children entertainment, laundrette, small convenient shop. (some facilities require passes which we do not supply) Site is on a regular bus route with 2 bus stops on site.
We DO NOT supply any passes, if you chose you want these you buy them on site at reception. The prices listed on the photos is 2021 prices.
Before booking with us please ensure you have read and understood our terms
* You are not authorised to be in the property before 3pm on your day of arrival.(unless we notify you that you are)
You also are not authorised to be in the property after 10am on the day of departure. Checkout is by 10am after this time you maybe charged a £25 fee if the cleaner is unable to gain access. You must ensure you return the key to the keysafe on exit.
* You are required to leave the property as it was found. All rubbish taken out, pots washed, dried & put away. Ensure no food is left behind & please take all your belongings with you.
* Your booking is only for the number of guests you booked for. You are not permitted to have extra guests during your stay.
*Any damages or missing items will be taken from your damage deposit and anything over the value of your damage deposit you must pay for within 7days.
* Parking is the tarmac bay by the hedge, please do not park on the patio or grass areas.
*Strictly no smoking or drugs in the property.
* Please ensure all heating, lights, television, fire ect if off before leaving the property (only the fridge is to be left on)
*Entertainment passes are to be purchased separately by doing this you accept we are not affiliated with the park nor its entertainment and any issues you have with the pool/clubhouse etc will have to be raised with park management.
* You are renting the caravan only not the facilities on site.
*we only allow families and couples to stay no adult only parties.
*Damage deposit will be returned via bank transfer within 5 working days of the end of your stay to ensure our cleaners have had chance to check inventory and for damages.
*Please be mindful of other guests and keep the noise to a minium between 11pm and 7am.
*Always lock doors and windows when not in the caravan.
* Please do not shut the windows with the window clothes airer on as this causes damage to the frames which you will be expected to pay for.
* No refunds will be given if you choose to leave during your stay for matters beyond our control.
*No refunds will be given for an issues that may occur during your stay if you have not given us sufficient notice to fix this.
* If your holiday is cancelled due to government announcements (park closed cannot travel to another tier etc)you will be given the option to either rebook on available dates or a full refund within 28 working days.
However if the park is open but the entertainment and facilities are ristricted no refund will be issued as you are renting the caravan not the facilities.
*Please follow any rules the site has in place and do not break these.
* On day of arrival you will be sent via text or email a code for the keysafe upto 1 hour before you are due to checkin
* You are not authorised to connect any electrical vehicles to the property or connect anything to our gas supply.
*Failure to comply with any of this conditions stated above will mean your stay will be immediately ended and you will be asked to vacate the caravan straight away with no refund.
