Liskey Hill Caravan Park - Holiday Accommodation 12936

Liskey Hill Caravan Park is a small, friendly site just 15m walk from the town of Perranporth with its beautiful 3 mile long sandy beach and stunning coastal walks. Falmouth 9 is in a quiet section of the site and the caravan offers beautiful views of the coast and beach. There is an outside table and chairs where the amazing sunsets can be viewed and a grass area with an 8 seater picnic table.

The caravan has a lovely open-plan living area with a 43 inch smart TV and an adjacent dining area. The kitchen has a five plate cooker, grill and oven. There is also a washing machine , fridge with a 3 drawer freezer, a toaster, microwave oven and kettle. Crockery and cutlery is provided.

There are 3 bedrooms, one double and two twin bedrooms which can be converted into doubles. These bedrooms have built-in cupboards. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower, toilet, hand basin and walk in wardrobe. It also has a second smart TV and DVD Player. There is another separate bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and hand basin.

Perranporth hosts an array of bars and restaurants including the renowned beach bar The Watering Hole.

Please note that you must vacate by 10am, occupation time is 4pm and that towels are not provided.
No smoking or vaping.
Deposit to be paid upon booking and balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday.
I REQUIRE A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF £100 ON TOP OF THE NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF £100 WHICH WILL BE REFUNDED TO YOU ONCE AN INVENTORY HAS BEEN DONE ON THE DAY YOU VACATE.

- CANCELLATION UP TO 6 WEEKS BEFORE CHECK IN DATE 50% PAYABLE
- CANCELLATION UNDER 6 WEEKS CHECK IN DATE 100% PAYABLE
