Decided to rebook with Ian after spending time over the summer at the caravan. We were meeting up with family in the area and it was a great base for getting about. Ian as always was very good at communicating with me and we found the caravan itself as clean and tip top as ever. The flooring was renewed prior to our stay and is very fit for purpose. 10/10 all round, Ian.

We had a lovely 3 week holiday here in this two bedroomed very comfortable caravan. The owner was very easy to deal with and everything was perfect for our holiday. We spent 3 weeks in and out of Arbroath touring around the area. The caravan has some electric radiators. We used one occasionally, and the whole caravan warmed up very quickly so we turned the heater off. With the sun on the windows, no heat was required most of our holiday.

I’d like to thank mr Gill who is the owner of number 82, we couldn’t ask for anything more, he was there if we needed anything the perfect host, we had a fantastic holiday whilst stay in the caravan, i for one thoroughly enjoyed the Holiday. The whole site is just what we needed the beach and the sea is only over the road, the whole experience was wonderful and myself and my wife are planning for next year by booking again to stay, again thankyou to the host, see you next year. Spent quality time with my niece and young children. It was a great base for exploring the surrounding area. The caravan itself was 1st class. It was spacious and full of all the comforts of home and spotlessly clean. Will definitely be keeping in touch with Mr Gill for future bookings

Myself, my mother and my 6 year old stayed here for 1 week. From the booking to check out all went smoothly. A fine wee caravan with plenty room. Comfortable beds , we all slept well and cozy. Would not think its 21 years old, it clearly been a well loved caravan over the years. Very clean and comfortable and great location on site. Can hardly hear the traffic along the main road. Everything we needed was there and things that weren't were clear on his advertisement. Mr Gill and his wife are a lovely couple and very helpful if you need them during your stay. I will be back here again for sure. Thanks again.
