Description

Six berth caravan "Lazy Daisy" situated on the small and immaculate Landscove bay caravan park, it is a stunning place which will feel like home away from home, a stones throw from the beautiful coastal path with stunning views. A walk away to the right is St Marys bay, or go left to discover Berry Head and a delightful café for a morning coffee before walking on to the charismatic fishing town of Brixham.

The caravan which has full central heating and double glazing, has a spacious kitchen/diner which includes a microwave, coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods, washing machine with iron and ironing board and all the utensils and dinner setting for a family, which can sit around the dining table which is situated between the spacious lounge and kitchen. The lounge with free standing furniture a two seater and three seater sofas where one turns into a double sofa bed , with TV, DVD player and WI FI. French doors lead out to a wrap around sun deck with sea views to enjoy alfresco dinning or relaxation while making amazing memories with family or friends.

There are two bedrooms, one en suite with a shower to the master bedroom with king size bed with overhead cupboards and two built in double wardrobes and the other bathroom is situated opposite the twin bedroom with built in wardrobe and overhead storage. There is a hairdryer for your use, all beds will be made up prior to your arrival, with towels included, just bring your own beach towels. It includes a double sofa bed to allow six people to stay comfortably.

The main bathroom has a shower with toilet and sink and the perfect storage for all your bathroom necessities.

There is parking for one car next to the caravan and additional parking near by

Available on site is a club house providing evening entertainment, amusement arcade, restaurant, children's play park, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool from May to October. There is also a launderette and shop. To use some of these facilities you will need to purchase a pass.

Lovely welcome pack on arrival . Spotlessly clean Mobile. Lovely and warm, spacious. Location ideal for touring the area. Everything perfect. Sue quick to respond to any questions we asked. Just missing something to listen music on . . Thank you we will return .

Family With Young Children

A fantastic weekend break with our young children. The caravan was immaculate, with a few treats waiting for us in the kitchen. We were warm and comfortable, the smart TV was a hit with the children and spacious layout made things easy. The local walks around Berry Head were very accessible and Brixham within easy walking distance. Don’t hesitate to book!

Cannot recommend enough...absolutely excellent caravan, even better than the photo's. The host was very responsive, she even left a lovely welcome pack for us. As we were staying for two weeks, she arranged to deliver fresh bedding and towels for our second week. You can see the sea from the caravan which is a 20-25 minute walk into town (downhill) about £5 in a taxi back. The caravan has everything you could need, and more including a BBQ and great WiFi connectivity. Everyone we met was friendly, it was a lovely community feeling and very safe. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday, in lovely surroundings with lots to do locally.
