Visitors need to bring their own towels. There is an Outside pool and sunbathing area at Oakcliff and further facilities at Lady's Mile Holiday Park. There is an on-site play Park which is suitable for younger children, also a large open space for activities

1 Parking space directly outside the plot. On entrance to the fully equipped kitchen, with table and seating for 6 people . Full sized cooker with oven and grill , Fridge Freezer. Separate lounge with dining table and chairs . 32inch flat screen television . Master bedroom with double bed, and wardrobe space, Further 2 twin bedrooms with a wardrobe. Main bathroom with full separate shower. large enclosed decking area with seating area. All beds made up on arrival. Visitors need to bring their own towels. Wristbands for the leisure facilities are included in the price. This includes the Outside pool and sunbathing area at Oakcliff and all the facilities which are a short walk at Lady's Mile Holiday Park. There is Play-Park which is suitable for younger children, also a large open space for activities

ADJACENT FACILITIES: A five minute walk gets you to the Warren seaside amusements and shops including Pharmacy, NHS surgery, general shopping centre. Only a 5 minute walk towards Dawlish is a Farm shop with a restaurant and a mushroom growing visitor centre. During the summer holiday season there is a bus service with connections to Newton Abbott, Exeter or Torquay

Booked up last minute and couldn’t believe the value for money we paid for a week. Caravan was exactly how I expected and Barbara and Dave were excellent hosts and would definitely book again. Oakcliff park is quieter than Lady’s Mile but didn’t mind that and the outdoor pool area was spot on as long as the weather is warm which we got lucky with. All in all we enjoyed a nice relaxing break and look forward to booking up again in the near future. Thanks again Barbara and Dave. Regards Jon

Had a great holiday caravan was great very homely and clean beds were very comfortable would definitely use this caravan again
