We received a wonderful warm welcome from Carol and Ian who should be very proud of their beautiful caravan. It was immaculately kept with fresh clean beds already made on arrival. They went over and above to make sure we had a wonderful holiday and gave us the reassurance that should we need to contact them we could. The TV and large wardrobes in the master bedroom were an added bonus as well as the outdoor furniture and gate on the patio. The milk in the fridge was just the icing on the cake for us! Fanatic first family holiday. We felt so welcome from start to finish. Very very clean!! Definitely the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. Secure patio area for little to run up and down on, she had a great time. Also, not far from the beach at all. Travel cot made up for arrival. We just had such a lovey time, thank you Carol and Ian x x

This is the second time me and my family of 4 have stayed at this caravan and both times have been absolutely amazing. Everywhere is spotless when we arrive, the beds are so comfy it’s like a home from home. Carol always makes sure we have tea and milk ready after our long journey there. We visit Skegness a lot and we have struck gold with meeting Carol and her caravan. She is so welcoming. She’s amazing with my two young kids. The location is great too! It’s a lovely site with even more lovely owners and we can not wait for our next visit. Thanks again Carol x

Just arrived home from a fantastic stay Carol and Ian are a lovely friendly couple, the caravan was spotless, lovely and very warm!! Beds already made and all the little extras, tea,coffee,sugar and milk all there for our arrival, plus lots of other little things, none of which I have had in any other caravan before. The boys loved Netflix in the bedroom???? I will definitely be recommending this caravan to others ( I already have????) And will definitely be back ourselves!! Stayed here over the weekend...spot on caravan ...Best we have stayed in...spotlessly clean and tidy ...beautifully furnished and presented....owners lovely friendly couple... could not fault anything ....can't wait to come back in October.....STUNNING CARAVAN AND LOCATION .....BIG THANKS....MANDA N STE XXX

Having booked the accommodation for my wifes birthday/mothering sunday, we were met on arrival by Ian who took us to the caravan where Carol was waiting to greet us .She could not have been more welcoming, and made us tea & coffee She had also provided tea , coffee & milk for our use. The caravan was superb, with every facility that we could possibly need available to us. we were given her contact no. should we encounter any problems. The caravan was the finest that we have ever stayed in, & hopefully carol will accommodate us again in the future when possible.
