Description

3 Bedroom static caravan, sleeps 8. Pull out sofa bed in the living room. The single rooms both have 2 single beds which can be pushed together to make doubles at your request.

All bed linen is provided if required.

You must bring your own towels.

Well equipped kitchen, gas cooker, new fridge freezer, microwave and coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

I am happy to have one small/medium sized dog. Old towels will be provided for the muddy paws and to put down on the sofa. An additional fee of £50 will be charged for a dog.

There is a basic first aid kit, fire blanket and fire extinguisher. A small ironing board, steam iron and clothes rack. A small hair dryer in the main bedroom.

There are small fans in each of the bedrooms and a large fan in the front room. There is an electric fire in the front room with simmering coals and led lights on the surround.

A table and chairs for sitting in the sun.

Unlimited VFast WiFi. Large smart TV, DVD player and a selection of DVD's, Several traditional board games and a selection of books. Sega multi games console.

There is also a 'forget me not' box filled with bits we always forget. Please replace any items you use or put some money in the honesty box to cover the replacement cost.

There is a draw full of coloured pencils, paper and mindful colouring books. Please do not bring felt top pens or paints to the van.

There is a park holidays app which you can download to keep an eye on the entertainment.

Brand new club house over on Martello. An amazing facility with lots to keep the kids amused. New swimming pool and covered outdoor seating area with large screen tv.

Large Market at Hutleys on Sunday. Weather permitting. Market will be cancelled if there has been heavy rain.

Our Willerby Caladonia 3 bed caravan is sited on St Osyth Holiday Park, St Osyths, Clacton-on-Sea.

The caravan is situated on the left as you enter the park. Parking is available at the side of the road and there is a large car park further up.

Please do not park on the grass at any time.

The park is part of park Holidays and you will be able to use all 3 parks : Seawick, St Osyths Beach , Martello Beach ( all within walking Distance). Package includes

You can purchase club passes from reception. Please check the Park Holidays website for prices, current entertain programme and other facilities in the local vicinity.
There are a few leaflets in the van and a couple of takeaway menus. Most deliver to reception but you can request they meet you at the main gate.

There is also access to the privately owned Hutleys site.
Amazing fish and chips, well equipped shop which sells fresh bread and cream cakes. The 'Jolly Roger' pub, cafe, launderette and newsagents.

We arrived as a party of 5 with a young dog (3 adults, 1 teenager and a 6 year old) What can I say. The van was well equipped with everything that we may have needed. Rachel has made it very homey and has thought of absolutely everything from colouring pens for the children to family board games to beach blankets and seats. We all had a lovely time and would return again without a doubt. The club house was a small walk from the van and although the arcades were very poor, we all enjoyed a nice walk to the holiday inn arcades a few times which was only approximately 20 minutes. We used the pool a few times and had dinner in the clubhouse once or twice but we felt that we didn't get our moneys worth when paying for the passes. Adult passes are £20 and children's are £17.50. Nevertheless this did not put us off and Rachel would be our first point of contact when returning to St Osyth beach. The site was very dog friendly and we chatted to a few of the owners. Our dog enjoyed going into the sea in the evening when it was empty. I would recommend Rachels caravan and it was reassuring knowing that she was contactable at any time- we did not need to. Highly recommended. 5 star from us all :)

After searching for the perfect place to stay I found this little gem of a caravan. Rachell called me as soon as I made the booking to introduce herself and the week running up to our stay to confirm last details needed…. What can I say about the caravan except that it’s excellent value for money, a perfect quiet location on the park, spotlessly clean and so many added extras which all added to the fantastic holiday we had. Rachell text midweek to see if all was ok which was a lovely touch. Once again thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home. We would all highly recommend to anyone

Lovely caravan. Lots of additional extras included such as beds made up free of charge, free wifi, DVDs, board games, outdoor games, first aid kit, fans in bedrooms and more. Caravan is homely and tastefully decorated with ornaments, pictures and trinkets provided by the owner. The owner was always contactable and provided help and advice when requested. Would definitely recommend staying in this caravan.

The caravan was very homely and comfortable, the owner added little touches like a basket full of toiletries which was not expected. We had a great stay and we enjoyed the facilities on the camp. The owner was at hand if we needed anything or had a question, communication was excellent ????
