Key is available via a key safe, combination given prior to arrival and changed after every clean.
Key must be returned to key safe on day of departure. A £75 Damages/respect bond is required to cover any damages or excessive cleaning.
Damages/care bond refunded usually within 72 hours.
Caravan must be left as found Failure to do so may incur a cleaning fee/or damages/care bond beings withheld.
Damages/care bond refunded with in 72hours, providing there are no issues
Strictly no smoking, any sign/evidence of smoking damages/care bond will be withheld.
Balance due 6 weeks prior to holiday date.

Check in time is from, 4pm. Early check-in available from 1 (£15). On day of departure please leave by 10am.

Please ensure all electrical items are switched off. Please don't leave heating on whilst out.
