Our lovely holiday home is located in a prime location within the award winning St Andrews Holiday Park at Kinkell Braes.

With unobstructed views of the sea, we are literally a stone’s throw from the coastal path leading to St Andrews East Sands Beach promenade and its stunning sandy bay.

A short stroll along this beautiful promenade takes you to the town itself, where you'll find the world-famous Home of Golf, as well as lots of boutique shops, restaurants, bars and cafes dotted throughout the town's medieval streets and historic buildings.

Professionally cleaned before each arrival, our holiday home can comfortably accommodate 4/6 people (option of incorporating a large double sofa bed), it has double glazing and gas central heating, as well as full wrap-around decking and quality patio furniture.

There's free wi-fi and internally you'll find a well-equipped kitchen, which is open to a spacious and comfortable living area complete with free-standing dining table and chairs, large sofa, electric fire and 43 inch Smart TV, which includes Free View and Netflix etc. There is a large master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom (toilet, shower and bath), as well as a spacious twin bedroom plus a separate bathroom with shower and toilet.

No pets. No smoking.

Minimum rental period 3 nights.

Bed linen, duvets and pillows are provided, however, you will need to provide all hand, bath and tea towels.

A £75 non refundable deposit secures your booking. Outstanding balance must be paid 3 weeks before arrival.

A security deposit of £100 is required to be paid in addition to the total cost of your stay. This amount will be returned to you by bank transfer within 5 working days if no damage has been done.

Caravan inside and out was spotless; It's situated at the front of the park with an excellent view of the bay and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay; a stone's throw from the coastal path where you could either stroll in to St.Andrews in a matter of minutes or go a much longer walk the other way past golf courses on your right and beautiful sea views on your left; Good communication with the owners and would definitely book again.

The caravan is situated in the lower part of the site with a wonderful sea view and very close to the path that leads to the east sands beach and St Andrews itself. Very convenient. We were able to make use of the outside seating area on 3 of the 4 days we were there and it was lovely, especially with the view. The master suite is very spacious and has plenty wardrobe space. The en-suite having a bath was most unusual. The kitchen lounge area were ideal especially if you have visitors, more room, the kitchen is well kitted out with utensils and a large fridge /freezer. Joanne responded to our emails very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope we can return soon.
