We offer weekly holidays with a Friday start day. Once we have confirmed the dates, a £50 non-refundable deposit will secure the booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks before the start date of your holiday. Payments may be made by cheque or bank transfer. We will refund any money you have paid to us if the holiday has to be cancelled due to Covid-19 government restrictions or if a member of your group is ill with Covid-19. If we have to cancel the booking for this or any other reason, we will offer an alternative date if possible or a full refund including your deposit. We cannot offer any other compensation. We are not asking for a damage/security deposit (we just ask that any damage is reported straight away and paid for to avoid disappointment for future guests).
Our cleaning agents have asked for the caravan to be vacated by 10 am on the morning of departure (you may continue to use the Park facilities for rest of the day). Check in time is after 5pm on the day of arrival. ...Show less
