SPECAIL OFFER WEEK FRI 27TH AUG - FRI 3RD SEPT £900.00 !! The caravan is large and spacious and immaculate. It is a NO smoking caravan. At Mudgeon Farm there is a well equipped children's play area with swings, slides, tree house bridges and trampoline with the farm's Oak bench. There is also a well equipped games room with a viewing gallery to watch the daily milking of the dairy cows. The farm has it's own private nature trail to the Helford River and the breath taking Tremayne Quay.(National Trust owned)

Description


The caravan is in a beautiful position, boarded with ancient trees and a wood fence with far reaching views across the farm's private landscape. It is only a few years old and in immaculate condition, fully equipped and has 3 bedrooms, one double and 2 singles where the beds can be put together. All bedding is provided but NO towels. The lounge/dinning area is spacious with ample fitted seating for 6 and a separate dinning area with table. From the lounge there is a door which leads directly, to the new decking, where there are spectacular views and guests can enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine or morning sunshine with a coffee. Here, there is a large patio table, chairs and sunshade. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, full sized cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. and a range of modern units with all guests requirements. There is a spacious bathroom with shower and wash basin. Directly beside the caravan is parking for 2 cars and a washer/dryer next door which uses £1.00 coins. The children's Play Area is close by and can be seen from the caravan and decking. This has swings, slides, bridges, tree house and trampoline with a large Oak Bench for adults to relax. The farm also has a games room with snooker, table tennis and numerous ball games and here the daily milking can be watched from the large viewing gallery. The farm has a private Nature Trail which leads to the breath taking National Trusts' Tremayne Quay, with it's ancient woodlands and spectacular views across The Helford River. Guests can take a picnic, relax on the large grassed Quay and enjoy the spectacular views. With in a few minutes drive are all the beaches and ancient fishing coves of The Lizard Peninsula, including, Kennack Sands, Kynance Cove (National Trust), Gunwallow/Dola Cove (National Trust), Poldue Cove, Coverack, Cadgwith, Mullion Harbour, Porthallow and Porthoustock to name but a few. The most Southerly point at The Lizard is close by and once back at Helston (8 miles) all the other Cornish attractions and beaches are with in an hours drive.
Available from 4pm on day of arrival and must be vacated, with bedding stripped, by 10am on day of departure.
Available at discount rates for September for 4 guests only plus one well behaved dog.
One well behaved dog is allowed with his/her own bedding/towel etc and not allowed in the bedrooms, on the furniture or left unattended. Extra charge £30.00.

A wonderful stay on a working dairy farm . If peace and quiet and amazing surroundings are what you are looking for then this is the place for you . Beautiful well equipped caravan with access to nature trails and country walks Wonderful host - Jacky couldn’t do enough to help ! Right down to a bottle of the farms own milk in the fridge . My son and I and our dog had an amazing stay . There was a play area and games room with the option to view the cows being milked as well . This was a 5* stay in deepest Cornwall and we can’t wait to return Many thanks to Jacky and her family
