Description

Our Beautiful swift Bordeaux exclusive Family owned holiday home is sited in a quiet cul de sac on kiln park, with private parking space . It’s close to the reception ,shop , outside pool, laundrette and main entertainment centre, it’s also within walking distance of Tenby town and its beautiful beaches.

Caravan is Haven rated Prestige/Gold , with patio doors leading out onto Large Wrap around Decking with lockable gates & two seating areas, one area with L shape sofa style furniture and dining table to side and new sofa set with coffee table to front .

We have 3 bedrooms & beds are made for arrival of guests

Master bedroom has an en suite toilet and wash basin, Double wardrobe, bedside cabinets, dressing table and 22” TV

2 x twin bedrooms have single wardrobes
and bedside cabinets.
Tv/dvd player in 1 twin bedroom
Main shower room has large shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin with wall cabinet

Living room has 2 large comfy sofas,coffee table with stools, electric fire, 40inch smart TV with NETFLIX & a built in Bluetooth stereo system

Dining area has table with 6 chairs
Lovely Modern kitchen with gas oven & hob , integrated microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle. Kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, mugs and utensils.
* New Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine & complementary pods ☕️

Caravan has full central heating and is double glazed, with alarm and fully tested smoke and carbon detectors.

*Entertainment passes are NOT included but can be bought from customer services desk on arrival or via a email once booking is paid in full

*Towels are not included , however bedding , pillows, duvets and mattress protectors are provided & beds are made up for arrival

* We only accept booking for MAX 6 people
anyone found exceeding the number of occupants in our caravan will be immediately asked to leave and will lose all money paid no exceptions

*SORRY NO PETS ALLOWED due to SEVERE family allergies.. if pets are reported to be in caravan then unfortunately guests will immediately have to leave & bond will be retained to deep clean

*NO SMOKING / VAPING Inside or on decking area
* NO GROUP BOOKINGS

Deposit is just £100 to secure your 2023 holiday and we accept monthly instalments for balance if preferred

£200 bond will be refunded within 14 days if the caravan is left as immaculate as found and no damages , no rubbish or food to be left inside or out

Just returned from a lovely weeks holiday at Kiln Park. This caravan was the perfect home from home ideally situated close to all amenities with everything you could need for a great holiday. Wrap around decking with furniture on both the front and side decking was a bonus giving us lots of space to enjoy the sun all day long. Owner could not have been more helpful and quickly responded to any questions I had. Thank you Sarah for sharing your much loved holiday home with us, I'm sure you'll be seeing us again.

Caravan is beautiful and in a really good location. The caravan was spotless - clean and tidy. The owner Sarah was amazing from start to finish. Couldn't have been more helpful.

Fantastic modern caravan. Immaculately clean with everything you need. Site was clean and tidy. Shop was well stocked. Didn't use any of Haven facilities. Tenby was lovely. A 20 minute walk away. Beautiful beaches 10 minutes by foot and scenic walks. Will be back.
