MAIN BEDROOM comprises of kingsize bed which will be made up on arrival. Voile & curtains to window. Hairdryer in drawer for your convenience. Main bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom containing toilet & sink. Bath mats are also supplied. Ample wardrobe/drawer space, including clothes hangers, in the fitted units. 24 inch TV with Freeview channels is also included.
TWIN BEDROOM ONE comprises of two single beds which will be made up on arrival. Voile and curtains to window. Bed side table with lamp. Small wardrobe/drawer space, including clothes hangers, for children's clothes.
TWIN BEDROOM TWO comprises of two single beds which will be made up on arrival. Voile and curtains to window. Bed side table with lamp. Small wardrobe/drawer space, including clothes hangers, for children's clothes.
MAIN BATHROOM comprises of fully fitted bathroom suite with an electric power shower. Blackout blind fitted to window and bath mat provided.
KITCHEN comprises of fully fitted kitchen units complete with all utensils, pots, pans, glassware and crockery. Kettle, toaster, slow cooker, air fryer & microwave are also included. Gas oven together with a separate gas hob. Black out blind fitted to kitchen window.
LIVING AREA consists of fitted storage unit containing a 32 inch TV with Freeview channels and a DVD player. Various adult, family and children DVDs are available for use. Gas fire mounted onto chimney breast. Fully fitted leather & fabric seating with various dress cushions. Wooden dining table with four chairs and table mats/coasters. Deluxe sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Various books and games for your enjoyment. WIFI is also included, although I will be honest that this is very hit and miss. Sometimes there is no problem at all connecting to internet other times it is awful but the whole caravan site is the same unfortunately.
OUTSIDE AREA consists of grassed lawn with established borders. Car parking is permitted on the grassed area. Storage shed containing some children's items which are available for your enjoyment. Patio area with seating. Small decked area with a few steps to navigate to access the caravan.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
£100 deposit/breakages bond is required on all bookings. This will be refunded within 48 hours of departure if no damage/breakages/spillages are found. All breakages MUST be reported straight away to the owner. If any damage/breakages/spillages occur the FULL deposit/breakages bond will be kept. Excessive usage of Gas/Electric will result in the deposit/breakages bond being kept. No smoking/vaping. If evidence of smoking/vaping is found the deposit/breakages bond will be kept.
Dogs are at caravan owners discretion and will incur an additional fee of £20 per dog if allowed. If any evidence is found of dogs being in the caravan, without the caravan owners permission, then the deposit/breakages bond will be kept. Unfortunately the site does not allow same sex parties.
Loud music is prohibited after 11pm. If a complaint is made to the Office / Security with regards to anti social behaviour / loud music etc you will be remove at the earliest convenience and deposit/breakages bond will not be refunded.
OUT AND ABOUT on Lido Beach although there isn't a clubhouse on site, there are many pubs and restaurants extremely close by. Lido Beach itself has a children's park ( right next to our caravan ), a tennis court, softball play area, direct beach access, laundrette, coffee shop and even a small church on site. There is also CCTV and 24 hour security for your peace of mind.
The Nova Centre is within a small walking distance, a matter of minutes away which has swimming pools, gym and children's play area.
Also within a short walking distance is a beautiful Blue Flag beach which stretches for miles with amazing views on a clear day. On the beachfront itself there is The Beach Hut which serves food and drinks daily with plenty of outdoor seating. A little further past the Nova Centre is a large outdoor play area for children with plenty of slides and swings. This also has seating to allow parents to watch their little ones play safely. Just across the road is a Crazy Golf area too.
Many days can be spent travelling around the beautiful Welsh countryside as there are many castles, beaches and tourist attractions to see. Come and enjoy your days and nights with us here at the very friendly Lido Beach.
