Beautiful, spotless family caravan. It has everything you need. 5 minutes from the beach. There is also a bus at the gate of the site that takes you to Edinburgh. There is amazing walks and drives. You can join in with all the fun and entertainment on the site or make your own.

We have just returned from our holiday at Seton sands... From first enquiry until arrival everything was explained by Mary. On arrival the van itself was spotless, and some nice touches like toilet roll and hand wash along with washing up liquid and towels.. May seem trivial but in the past we have always had to purchase items like these. The cupboard also contained tea bags, coffee, sugar and Condiments, again another treat.. There were also some jigsaws and board games to make use of. We loved our time away and would definitely use Mary again in the future... I'd have marked excellent for all, but I marked one down purely for the fact there was only 1 pot for cooking and there was not outside furniture, (except a bench) this didn't spoil our time, but it would have been nice to have a lounger or a small table and chairs out as we were fairly lucky with the weather... The key for that was on your set. I'm so glad you told me about the pots as I was unaware of this and I'll sort that today. I will also look at furniture for outside. We visit the site on our holiday to Edinburg. The caravan was nice, new and very clean . Beds very comfortable. Linen and towels were provided . Dogs allowed . Our host Mary were very helpful and recommended few local attractions to us. Will recommend to my friends and will come back again one day .

Great caravan in a great location. Really enjoyed our break. Quiet part of the site which was good, but also a short walk to all the amenities. The owner Mary was very helpful with all my enquiries. She responded very quickly. All in all a great experience. Definitely would stay in this caravan again.

We needed a comfortable, well equipped caravan in Seton Sands for a 5 night stay for our family of 6 (2 adults with both older and younger children), at very short notice. What we got far surpassed all expectations, it was an excellent choice of acommodation and spotlessly clean, we can't rate the caravan highly enough! We were delighted with how close we were to the facilities, and yet how quiet the site was in the evenings. There is ample garden furniture provided next to the caravan, which was lovely to sit in with the family during the evenings, whilst sipping a glass of wine/beer. The pool complex is great and we enjoyed the onsite restaurant, takeaway and shop facilities (free wifi is available onsite but not at the caravan itself currently). From initial contact with the lovely owner, Mary, throughout our stay and even afterwards, the service provided has been stellar. Mary went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after, always answering any questions promptly and in a friendly manner. This stay has been the best, outstanding value for money, exceeded all our expectations and never felt like a typical caravan holiday - it felt like a home from home which we will gladly be recommending to friends and family. We would love to return in the future, if Mary would be happy to have us back.
