The kitchen has a fridge/ freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. All cooking equipment, utensils, cutlery and crockery for both inside and outside dining are provided for your convenience.
Open plan kitchen, dining, living room with pull out double sofa bed. Living room - corner settee with pull out double sofa bed, electric fire, TV and free WIFI. Double doors opening onto wrap around decking with alfresco dining area.
Outdoor table, chairs, parasol and outdoor sofa on the veranda for alfresco dining.
Travel cot and high chair available upon request.
All bedding and towels are provided, except beach towels. Beds made up prior to arrival.
Pool/ entertainment passes provided.

New Beach holiday park is a stones throw from beautiful sandy Dymchurch beach. Attractions nearby include Dymchurch amusements and fairground, Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch miniature steam railway and Port Lympne Safari park. The coastal towns of Rye, New Romney, Folkestone and Dover being a short car/ bus journey away.
The park itself offers indoor heated swimming pool, craft centre, club house with bar and restaurant, amusement arcades and both children's and evening entertainment. Park passes are included. A supervised climbing wall, segway and 4 wheeled bicycles are available to hire.
Convenience store and launderette on site. Neptune pub offers carvery meals.

A £50 deposit secures booking, balance payable 1 week prior to check in. Price includes electric, gas, water and park passes.
