Welcome to our holiday home. I used to come to Primrose Valley when I was a little girl and have always loved it here. Ive always wanted a caravan and said ''one day when I can afford I'm going to buy one''and I have :) Primrose Valley has a lot more to offer now then it did and I'm sure you will love it. Description

Our home is ideally situated near to the entertainment complex and play areas, whilst being far enough away to be undisturbed by noise.

The accommodation can comfortably sleep up to eight people and boasts a number of features including:

Spacious living room with Gas fire, Flat screen Freeview TV, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, selection of DVDs and board games, recently upgraded WI-FI and USB charging points.

Dining area with table and seating.

Fully-equipped kitchen including gas hob and oven, microwave, new under-counter fridge and counter-top freezer.

Double bedroom. and two twin bedded rooms, all with wardrobes, electric heating and USB charging points.

Additional sleeping in lounge.

All bedding and towels included. Beds made up for arrival.

Family bathroom with shower.

Additional WC.

Gas and electricity included.

Private parking area for one car, plus extra parking bays within a few yards.

Dogs considered at an extra charge; and must be agreed in advance of rental.

Please note: due to Havens request, guests will need to book certain activities in person at reception.

Great caravan in a brilliant location. Kids park at the bottom of the path. A few minutes walk to the arcades and other facilities. Caravan clean with a nice welcoming basket on our arrival. A very enjoyable holiday. Thanks

Very clean and welcoming caravan that gave us plenty of room even though there was seven of us. Modern facilities, very easy to book and arrange and the welcome pack was fabulous. Would use again without question.

Owner's booking terms

A £50 non returnable deposit will be required at the time of booking.
Remaining balance needs to be paid eight weeks before the start of your holiday.

Cancellations will incur the following charges:
Within eight weeks of the start of your holiday - 50% of the total cost.
Within four weeks of the start of your holiday - 100% of the total cost.

The total cost of the holiday will also include a £50 security deposit which will be returned to you after your holiday and after the caravan has been checked.
