I would highly reccommend a perfect stay at Julies' cravan. This was the 2nd time we've visited Church Farm and have stayed at Julies Van. The van itself is always so clean, confortable, feels like home from home and is in the most perfect location for the club house, swimming and arcades which the kids loved all of it. Myself and my family were so comfy and my kids throughly enjoyed there stay. My 1st stay in Julies van was in summer 2019 and my youngest was only 18 months old and it brought back so many lovley memories. I look forward to coming back next year! Well done to Julie as we have made lovley memories once again in the most perfect holiday home . See you again next year!

Had a lovely mini break at the caravan ,communication with julie was 1st class.Nice quiet location but also nice and close to amenities .Would recommend and would definitely use again.

I highly recommend staying in this caravan. The owner Julie was incredibly helpful. The caravan was exceptionally clean abs very homely, it had everything you need for a good stay. We especially loved the outside areas which we made the most of. Good location on the park. Close to facilities but not noisy. We hope to come and stay again. My only advice would be to pre book the activities before you go if you wish to use the swimming pool etc as they do get booked up very quickly.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The caravan was spotless. It has everything you would want to make this a relaxing stay. Nice quiet location. Julie was so helpful answering any questions and promptly. Will be booking again for next year.

Great caravan and a fantastic location on the park. Caravan is very clean and tidy, and very well equipped with everything that you could need. We will definitely be staying again. Julie is very responsive and communication was great throughout

We spent a perfect few days at Julie’s caravan. The accommodation was excellent, everything you needed and more. Really spacious, especially the master bedroom with en-suite. Great location for Haven activities but also peaceful. Would definitely book again.

We had a lovely stay! Caravan is really clean & nice, modern & close to the complex, but not too close that it’s loud or annoying! About 2 min max walk from everything, ie shop, show bar, arcade, restaurant. Julie the owner, was very nice & always replied promptly when msgd. We had no issues while on park, everyone was really polite & helpful. You need to book showbar & swimming, but actually that was ok, coz at least you’re guaranteed your place (but get down there earlyish to book your spot) Massive plus for me was there was a Costa express at the shop, so I can easily get my daily latte fix! Overall really pleased with the holiday & the bubba’s had a great time (Ages 10,8,5 & 3years) Will defo book again when we want to come down this way again. I defo recommend! This was our first time using UK Caravans... We are a family of 4 and we had a great experience and a lovely stay. We are so pleased we chose Julie's caravan. It is homely, modern, fresh and clean with everything you need. Julie ensured all transactions and communications were smooth and swift, from start to finish. We would most definitely recommend this caravan.

The caravan was amazing very comfortable and fitted out to an excellent standard. Everything you could need is supplied. Communication with the owner was also excellent Julie was very quick to respond to any questions or queries. We certainly would recommend this caravan and we cannot wait to re visit

Have just returned after a weekend here . The caravan is lovely and feels very homely, there was six of us in total and this caravan accommodated us all very well . The caravan is located just a few minutes walk from all the activities on offer . Julie the owner was also very helpful and responding to all my questions . We will definitely be returning great time had by all.
