Highly recommended staying in this beautiful caravan. All brand new and had all the home comforts you could possibly need - even a clothes maiden and pegs! Immaculately clean, great location to the club and you can hear the sea at night. We bought the passes with reception when we arrived but I would say you don't need to unless you want to play bingo. Everything on site that you need, restaurant food lovely, swimming pool clean and lovely kids play area. Great communication from the caravan owners from the start of our booking and they even provided a welcome pack of tea, coffee and milk for our arrival!

Great homely caravan in great spot. Owners very communicative. TV, microwave, toaster, hoover etc. All you could possibly need. Ordered a tesco weekly shop on delivery which came straight to the caravan saving a fortune on eating out etc. Caravan is in a great base site for Scarborough, Bridlington, Hornsea and Withernsea. Site was very busy especially the club house. We paid £35 for entertainment passes and didn’t get asked for them once in the complex, neither for swimming (pool freezing!) or for hiring a go kart bike….obviously this is down to the park and not the owner. This was our first time to this part of the U.K. and was thoroughly enjoyable

24th July to 31 July stayed in a wonderful caravan in skipsea everything brand new sited next to beachfront and a short walk to shop and restaurant and arcades owners Kev and ann Marie kept in contact with us right up to the day before arrival they ask if we wanted tickets for the park they would sort this out for us before we arrived they even left milk coffee and sugar 100 % I would rent caravan again from a lovely couple caravan large and sleeps 6 /1double and 2 singles pull out day bed everything you need in caravan suppled
