• Beautifully presented clean and modern caravan, on a large quiet corner plot away from main road and clubhouse.
• The plot sits at the end of the road, so only cars accessing the surrounding caravans use this road.
• Wrap around decking, with plenty of outdoor space for socialising.
• There is a gas BBQ available to use and you can enjoy relaxing on the comfortable chairs on the decking.

• The caravan is 3 bed - 1 x master double and 2 x twin rooms.
• 1 x shower room with toilet and 1 x separate toilet.
• Fully equipped kitchen (see holiday home facilities)
• Spacious lounge/diner

The caravan is smoke and pet-free. This means that we do not want people smoking around the whole plot.
No Groups/No mixed families only couples or 1 family - i.e. 2 adults 2 children

Changeover days are SATURDAYS ONLY - 7 DAY STAYS ONLY - UNLESS STATED
Check-in from 4pm (unless discussed previous with owner)
Check-out by 11am - left in a clean condition with all rubbish removed.

COVID RESTRICTIONS

NO Bedding (duvets, pillows & bed linen) provided - guests to bring their own.
Campsite restrictions may apply - check before booking, with Harlyn Sands i.e. Swimming Pool, Clubhouse & Laundry room.
