Presthaven Beach Resort - Holiday Accommodation 13047

Situated near beach access from Denbigh Court and close to all the main facilities, I have our lovely and modern family holiday home to hire for 3, 4 & 7 night stays. I will not accept group bookings as per Haven policy and play passes are not included in the price as this is a privately owned caravan, however the option to buy the playpasses will be on your booking confirmation. As this is our second home, kindly do not smoke/vape. Sorry no pets and there is a £75 refundable bond required.

Caravan is Haven rated “prestige/silver”, the spacious lounge area has 43” Smart TV, Bluetooth stereo system, comfortable seating, central heating, electric feature fire, coffee table, dining table and chairs, pull out bed and storage. There is an outside decking area with table and chairs.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, cutlery, full size gas cooker, iron, Hoover and a coffee machine.

Main bathroom has a double walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin and there is another separate toilet and washbasin.

Main bedroom has a dressing table, hairdryer, double bed, 24” smart tv and plenty of wardrobe space. There are 2 twin bedrooms with single beds in each. 19” TV’s with Freeview, wardrobe and overhead storage. Travel cot and high chair will be provided if needed.

Bedding can be provided but please bring own towels.

Booking and Conditions.
A £50 deposit (non-refundable) is required to secure your chosen dates. Payment plans are available and the outstanding balance is to be paid 4 weeks before the start of your holiday.
Any sign of smoking/pets will result in the loss of the security bond
