We have decided, for the first time, to let out our lovely family caravan for the summer weeks.
It is 12 feet wide, has lots of kitchen and living space, features 3 good sized double/twin bedrooms. Double glazed, warm air heating all all 3 bedrooms, heated radiator in bathroom, gas heating in lounge. It has Kingsman wall, floor and heating insulation to keep you warm on cold days and cool on hot days. Stylish gally kitchen with 4 burner cooker with grill and oven, fridge, microwave, pots, pans, kettle, toaster, cooler fridge, crockery, cutlery. All utilities are direct and included in the price. All gas and electric safety checks carried out by Haven professionals, smoke alarms etc.
The three bedrooms are roomy, with plenty of hanging space plus floating shelves. Pull out double bed in living room. Flat screen TV in lounge plus wall TVs in all 3 bedrooms. Lounge has lovely wrap around seating. Separate second toilet washroom in addition to bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.
Door opens onto decking with table and chairs and ramp down to private parking for 2/3 cars. On arguably one of the best and most spacious pitches in Saxon Court on the prized Combe Haven site, overlooking the nature reserve in a quite cul-de-sac.
Combe Haven are currently offering "Stay & Play" holidays (swimming pools, activities, entertainment) or just "Stay". Our hire is for private Stay only at competitive rates - however you can buy Play Passes from Reception subject to availabilty. Prices are £65 per adult, £34 per child per peak week, (capped at maximum for caravan £303). We will provide you with a Haven Play Passes Purchase Form and a link so you can read all about the activities on offer. Please note that the availabilty of passes and activities, pools and entertainment are solely the responsibility of Haven, who will be complying with Government Covid guidelines, owners are not allowed to provide them to guests, so we are not responsible for any issues. Booking Info:-
Due to late availabilty for July and August, payment will be required in full to secure booking. For your comfort and reassurance Combe Haven will issue confirmation of the booking (with a code that you need to purchase Play Passes). In addition, a refundable damage/cleaning bond of £85 is required. The caravan will be checked by our cleaner straight after it is vacated. Any damages must be reported asap so we can deal with it appropriately.
We supply all duvets and pillows, but you will have to bring your own bed linen, towels, tea towels and toiletries. Please leave mattress/pillow protectors on all beds at all times.
Arrival time is 3pm and departure time is 10am. There is a key safe situated next to the door steps with caravan key inside. A key code for opening the box will be sent to your mobile number by text on day of arrival. Please ensure you replace the key into the locked box on day of leaving (there will be a charge for replacement key!).
Sorry NO PETS allowed due to allergies, no smoking or vaping in the caravan. No hen or stag parties please, as the park does not allow them.
