Welcome to our Brand New Holiday Home straight out of the Factory June 21. The Holiday Home is fully equipped with everything you will need for your holiday.
This is an open plan caravan, making it spacious for families to enjoy their relaxing holiday. The Caravan is sited in a very nice sunny position. Quiet area to relax but really close to the entertainment.
Large open floor space for young children to play. 32" flat-screen TV & DVD player. comfortable seating, Electric fire heating, with mood lighting, lovely and cosy with just the fire lighting on in the evenings.
Dining area with sizeable table and seating which is ideal when you may wish to dine with your family. Well equipped kitchen area with gas oven, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer & plenty of cooking utensils.
Double bedroom has blown air heating for comfort with plenty of wardrobe space. 2nd and 3rdBedrooms both have twin beds, and have plenty of storage.
Shower room is light and airy. Large Walk in shower enclosure with Double doors. Heater, toilet, hand basin. Storage shelf unit.
As can be seen from photo's our caravan in a quiet area with a patio area screened by hedging making it a nice private area to relax in the sun!
Weekly stays available, also part weeks starting from 3 nights stay are welcome if available.
To secure your chosen dates we require a £50 non refundable deposit. Full balance is due 3 weeks before holiday. We also ask a security deposit of £50 for care and respect of our caravan. This is refundable within one week of no damage being found on checking.
Bedding is also included in the price. All you need to bring is your own Towels. The Caravan will be clean upon your arrival and we ask you to leave it in this way on departure.
